Material and Labour for removing of sludge solid and waste deposited into septic tanks completely and depositing at a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m where directed/ specified sprinkling liberally bleaching powder on the surfaces of solid waste so deposited, including bailing out, pumping out all sludge for desilting, including minor repairs on plaster rungs, cleaning the bottom and sides of the septic tanks (inner side) with wire brushes to remove all scales dirt, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacity of septic tank :-

(a) 250 users

(b) 150 users

(c) 100 users

(d) 50 users

(e) 25 users

Removing carefully the cover slabs of manholes of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic matters to a distance exc 250m and not exc 500m, and setting the manhole cover (new or old) in position in CM (1:6) after cleaning the sludge for the following size of manholes (Manhole cover if provided new shall be measured & paid seperately)

(a) Upto 1 mtr depth

(b) Above 1 mtr depth

Cleaning of drain pipe of the following dia and removing all sludge/ silt/ liquid mud from the pipe line by roding etc and depositing the same at a distance n.exc 500m all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for following size of pipes.

(a) Internal dia 75 mm

(b) Internal dia 100mm

(c) Internal dia 150mm

(d) Internal dia 200 mm

Cleaning and removing of blockage from WC upto first manhole removing all silt, liquid mud from the pipe line by roding etc and depositing the same at a distance n. exc 500m all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning and removing of blockage from floor trap upto first manhole removing all silt, liquid mud or any other foreign materials by roding and removing the same at a distance n. exc 500m all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation,etc., and getting out in Hard/ dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron pipe jointed in CM and taking out from trenches of bore 100mm pipe etc complete all as specified. Note: Necessary excavation will be measued seperately

Dismantling of cast iron pipe jointed in CM and taking out from trenches of bore 150mm pipe etc complete all as specified. Note: Necessary excavation will be measued seperately

Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes, septic tank and similar work set in CM (1:6) all as specified incl necessary form work and placed in position all as directed

Returning, filling in, incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick with soils all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance n.exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for CI gully traps in repairs square or round mouthed of size 150 x 150 mm, type 'P' incl making good the disturbed surfaces like plinth protection all as specified and directed.

Cutting of small trees/ plants at the stem, removal of the roots of the plants by using acids, cutting around the spout for removing the roots of any size and making good with CM (1:3) incl two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10, Type E2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion of slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour sunken treatment to floors/sides with 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound and application of two coats of Dr Fixit solution (as per manufacture instructions) at bottom/sides of slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, 25mm thick, using 20 mm graded aggregate as in floor for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cast iron floor trap 100mm outlet dia with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cast iron Nahani trap 100mm outlet dia with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC (SWR) floor trap, 75mm outlet dia plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Vitreous China squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in kerb stones set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any size and description (chain link fencing) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed fencing wire any size and any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section along with old, unserviceable barbed wire, if any, including taking out embedded portion from ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in Hard/dense soil returnig filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surfaces complete.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete.

Material and labour for high strength corrosion resistant TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia) or securing with clips complete.

All as per item No 57 above but 5 to 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacer etc complete.

Material and labour for providing M-30 (Design Mix) reinforced cement concrete (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc, for fencing, (including form work) average sectional area exc 100 sqcm and n.exc 250 Sqcm compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC coated (1mm thick) chain link fencing exc 2.00 but n.exc 3.50 kg per sqm with size of mesh 50 x 50 mm and thickness of wire n.exc 2.83 mm all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only PVC coated chain link fencing of any mesh size and type including fixing of line wires, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Supply of MS line wire and flat iron bolt & nuts measured and paid separately

Supply only 6mm dia wire PVC coated for support/line wire to chain link fencing complete.

Supply only mild steel angles, bars, flats etc as in supports for stiffening of fencing, wall ties, hold fasts, clamps and similar small articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete.

Supply only mild steel bolts with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm long n.exc 10 cm long dia metre of neck exceeding 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

Supply and fix galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm specing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete. (Each line wire to be measured).

Material and labour for preparation new steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type B2 1:2:4, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/hard standing,Path way finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of floor, or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premishes.

Material and labour for chequerred cement concrete tiles 300x300mm x 25mm thick size set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry incl 15mm thick in CM 1:4 bedding layer of mortar all as specified.

Demolition of PCC Block walling built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for precast cement concrete solid block masonry with solid blocks using PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc. 10cm in width, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All all as item No 72 here in before but except blocks. Note : Fair blocks obtained from demolition shall be used.

Material and labour cement concrete in surface channels and drains type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any desciption from wall (drain) including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/block masonry or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Coping of wall, complete all as specified.

Material and labour 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of PCC block work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation complete all as specified.
