The State Society for Ultra Poor and Social Welfare "Saksham," under the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar invites proposals to operate Beggar Rehabilitation Homes in 15 districts of the state (namely: East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Vaishali, Araria, Kishanganj, Jamui, Sheikhpura, Lakhisarai, Madhepura, Aurangabad, Arwal, Katihar, and Rohtas), as well as a Half-way Home in Bhojpur, under the Mukhyamantri Bhikshavritti Nivaran Yojana.
