Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan any radius as in half thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc.Including raking out joints ,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge..

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) , as in copping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing chequered cement concrete/paver coloured tiles glossy finish of size 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for exterior grade heavy duty full body outer designer parking tiles 400 x 400 x 10 mm, in floors etc. of colour and design as approved by Engr-in-Charge, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

Dismantling of paver blocks of any desciption and any thickness in floors, laid dry complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size glossy finish with 50 mm thick sand filling as in sand cushioning below interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size glossy finish with 25 mm thick sand filling as in sand cushioning below interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic tiles in floor of any shade area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface size 300mm x 450mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 200mm x 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in replacement solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diameter with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge including taking down of existing board. Note:- Rate of fixing arrangement shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement road safety convex Polycarbonate reflective mirrors of size 100 cms body made of ABS/Fibre/Plastic with hood and mounting hardware with 100mm GI Pipe 2.10m long embedded in PCC bed block of size 300x300x400mm in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be included cost of PCC of size as required.

S&F in replacement delineator post size 1.2mtr long 75mm outer dia MS pipe of 16 gauge with painted with storve enamelled back paint and 3 Nos of retro reflective high intensity grade sheeting in white/red/yellow columns each size 75 mm bounded on it and delineator post covered with 45mm long MS wire case fixed in ground with PCC bed block of size 150x150x300 mm with cement covered 1:2:4 type B complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 15cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement modular speed breaker of size 250x750x75 mm Dual-directional having high intensity cube corner reflector ultrasonic welded to high impact resistant ABS plastic body of colour yellow and black provided with 4 steel nails. Shape of side body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breakers in a row fixed with long nail complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement sign board made out of 3mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet of size 1200mm x1200mm including retro reflective sheeting on both side fixed on 50mm dia stainless steel pipe of Grade 304 (non scratchable) of wall thickness not less than 14 gauge including providing letters not less than 75mm height fixed on position and vertical height of board above GL should be 2.4m. Vertical pipes (02 nos) should be 50 mm dia stainless steel pipe of Grade 304 (non scratchable) and Stainless steel pipes shall be embedded 60 cm below in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in post holes (02 Nos) of size 250mmx250mmx600mm.Providing Mild steel base plate (02 nos) of size 200mmx200mmx6mm thick for anchoring of post and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint and writing letters and Numbers on both sides of the board in English or Hindi as per direction of Engineer in charge as required at site.Sign board and its letters should be as per IRC 30-1968 using 3M or equivalent material.Size of letters exc 75 mm but n.exc 250 mm on each side of the board etc (number of letters on each side should not be less than 15) complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Square sign board should be cut in one corner in half of width & depth of it all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.
