Retro Reflective Signs (Type-1V Sheet) for single side Provinding and fixing retro-reflective signboards comprising of costomosed modular PU Expoxy Coated MS angle Iron frame work,aluminum composite panel (ACP)as base board.micro prlsmatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut colored overlay film/latex printing.The horizontal and vertical members including inclind outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair Ms angle iron.NO pannel size shell be more than one sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only)with MS angle.The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr.the aluminium composite panel (ACP)Shall have a theekness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminum on both siscrews 5mm dia spaced not more Than 300mm centre to centre ensuring THat no REverting is seen on not more either face of the frame. on the front visible face of the ACP ,micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to type -1V of ASTM.D4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. Providing &laying tack with bituman VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per SQM on the prepared bituminuos surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(Ref.to mort &h sprcification No.503.)

Provinding and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specification grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG-40)@4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the requred grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and randem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref.to mort &h specification no 507)adjustment for bituman shall be done as per job mix formula and e-in-c latter no 2651 Dt 27.07.2012

R.C.C works with cement approved coarse sand &2cm guage approved stone grite proportion of 1:2:4 in slab excluding supply of reinfocement and its bending,but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I.binding wire and including ncecessary centering and shuttering etc.and supply of all materials labour,tools &plants etc. require for proper completion of the work ,including cost of binding wire .the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.(SIN NO.284)

M.S.(for steel or plain)in plain work such as R.C.C.or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel &its wastage,bend ,hooks and authorized overlaping shall be messured and including cost of bindind wire .(SIN No.504)
