Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender.

Tenderer shall obtain the Work Done Certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer( District Level Officer), scan the original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the tender. The Original Certificate shall be produced at the time of opening of Technical Bids for physical verification

As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards labour welfare fund.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

All necessary arrangements shall be made and precaution taken to prevent completely or partially, damage to the structure or labours / employees during construction period. (As per recent Labour Act) Contractor shall be fully responsible for any damage to the structure during the construction and maintainance period.Any damage caused due to any reasons shall be rectified / replaced at his own cost as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Nothing shall be payable by the Department on account of inclusive of all such arrangements/ precautions work needed.

The employer reserves the rights to Reject one or all Tenders without assigning any reasons.

The Item Rates quoted shall include cost of Royalty charges on constructive materials

The Increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delays as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

The item rates are excluding GST but inclusive of all other charges.

GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately.

AS per GO FD 876 Exp-12/2017, Blore dated 10/10/2017 The Clause 9.1 (EMD) ,3.1(Bid Capacity) ,24.1(FSD) of KW 1 are modified

To qualify for award of this contract,each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e From 2020-21 to 2024-25 (a) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 5.12 lakhs

3.2To qualify for award of this contract,each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e From 2020-21 to 2024-25(b)Mandating satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work(CD /Bridge Repair) of value not less than Rs. 2.56 Lakhs.

EMD of Rs. 12800.00 should be paid in Single Payment

Tender period for work completion 2 Calendar Months (including monsoon period)

Contractors registered under class-1 and 2 may tender for works anywhere in the state.Contactors registered under class-3 may tender for works within the districts of the PWD circles where in they are registered. Contactors registered under-4 may tender for works within the districts or within the division whichever is applicable

Estimate rates are excluding GST and the prevailing GST 18 percent of APT is added in the form of Lumpsum in santioned estimate as per the guidelines in common SR 2021-22 GO PWD51 RDF 2019 Bengaluru dt 18-03-2022. Therefore ,APT or ECV is excluding GST . In kppp portal there is no option to add GST separately over and above APT during DTS process. Hence even through the tender has been invited by opting for the INCLUSIVE option , the item wise rates do not include GST . Hence GST will be paid separately for the quoted amount as per the Govt. circular no FD/447/expenditure/12/2022/dt -30-07-2022. Therefore GST declaration certificate must be uploaded mandatorily by the prospective bidders.

Uploading documents duly attested by Gazzeted Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ Notary and also produce original documents for confirmation at the time of opening.

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP portal

The contractor must provide barricades, precautionary boards and safety measures at the work site

The KPWD code, KTTP Act/Rules, Delegation of Powers, Circular of Contract Management Module and other Government orders issued by Government from time to time will apply.

The awarded Contractor has to Submit his bills

The Tenderer should be a PWD Registered Class IV & above contractor
