Earth work excavation for foundation in all types of soils and sub soils including soft disintegrated rock and soft rock to the full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting, including necessary string, strutting, shuttering, bailing or pumping out sub soil water, removal of slush wherever necessary and also including refilling the sides of foundations with excavated soil in lavers of 15 cm. thick, well rammed and consolidated depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with all leads and lifts and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with the standard specifications, drawings and as directed by departmental Engineers.

Brick Masonry (one or more bricks thick) in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five Crushed Stone sand(M.Sand)) of the following proportions in foundations, basement and superstructure walls using country bricks of size 22cm x 11cm x 5 cm having crushing strength of not less than 70 kg. per square centimeter) complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by departmental Engineers.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three sand ) 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications

Supplying and erecting in the position of centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.00 m high for plain surfaces with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90 mm x 60 cm and or suitable size stiffened with welded-mild steel angle of size 2mmx25mmx3 mm for boarding laid over silver oax (country wood) joists of size 10 x cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10 mm to 13 cm dia spaced at about 75 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed the departmental office for RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee or Ell beams, Lintels bed blocks, staircase waist slab and landing slab, landing beams canopy etc.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting straightening cutting, bending, cranking binding welding etc. Including cost of binding wire MS.chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supply of thousand ltr. capacity PVC water tank including cost and conveyance Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supplying and fixing of steel ventilators, door, window, gril gate using MS L angle & Grill side frame with cross bars and GI sheet 1.6 mm thick including all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supply and fixing of PVC Solid Doors using 19gauge 19mm MS Sq,tubes for styles and frames, 15mm MS Sq.tubes for to, Lock and bottom rails. The Steel Tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick Solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm X 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm X 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm X 45mm with suitable tabate for housing the shutter etc, complete as per standard specification.

Plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:5 mix of the following proportions at all heights and depths above or below plinth level including scaffolding curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by Departmental Engineers.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats with best-approved quality Colour Enamel paint for New Iron Works including cost and conveyance of enamel paint etc., Complete.

Supplying and fixing of Indian type water closet of 580x440mm size Colour glazed earth and ware with P or S trap including cost and conveyance Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm PVC unsheated SC aluminium cable of 650V graded in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with T.W.switch box, for making good of the consealed suitable portion for PVC open light point(S.D.20)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips / Bajaj / cormpton / K.like) suitable for in candles cent lamp with 60W bulb (SD 84)
