CLEANING AND REPAIR OF SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANKS, SOKAGE WELLS AND ALLIED WORKS FOR VARIOUS UNIT AT POPONCH IN AOR OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE 881 EWS.

Cleaning of blockage of Indian / european type WC up to first manhole and making the drain pipe of any dia fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including disposal of sludge outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering of pits with excavated earth and spraying dry lime over the pits complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include clearing blockage, taking out sludge(liquid/semi liquid/solid ) , excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge ,removing including loading/unloading and transportation etc and as specified above.

Cleaning of blockage of Floor/Nahni/grease trap of Kitchen / Bathroom / basin / sink /urinal etc upto & including gully trap by using hand pump with bucket or manually by rodding till clear flow of water is observed including disposal of sludge outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering of pits with excavated earth and spraying dry lime over the pits complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include clearing blockage, taking out sludge(liquid/semi liquid/solid ) , excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge ,removing including loading/unloading and transportation etc and as specified above.

Cleaning of blockage of under ground sewer lines of any dia of pipe including manholes, gully traps etc. by means of cleaning by roding from manholes to manholes / inspection chamber to manholes / gully trap to inspection chamber and flushing after cleaning, clearing all grown up vegitation around manhole including disposal of sludge outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering of pits with excavated earth and spraying dry lime over the pits complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include clearing blockage, taking out sludge(liquid/semi liquid/solid ) , excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge ,removing including loading/unloading and transportation etc and as specified above.

Cleaning of blockage of under ground sewer lines of any dia of pipe by breaking / puncturing of pipe line including excavation in any type of soil upto a depth of 3mtr deep, removing the blockage and making good the pipe line bedding, relaying of pipe and making good the earth excavated including redressing complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of cover (of any description and size) of septic tanks and soakage well/ pits, desludging/ dewatering of septic tanks and soakage well/pits of any size and depth by manually operated machine (where approach for vehicle is not feasible) making it fully functional including disposal of sludge outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering pits with excavated earth including spraying of lime over returning filling and refixing covers after cleaning complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge from septic tank and soakage well/pits and excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge, removing, including loading/unloading and transportation etc., covering of pits

Opening of cover (of any description and size) of septic tanks and soakage well/ pits, desludging/ dewatering of septic tanks and soakage well/pits of any size and depth by mechanical pumping truck mounted (having minimum storage capacity of 2500 ltrs) making it fully functional including disposal of sludge outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering pits with excavated earth including spraying of lime over returning filling and refixing covers after cleaning complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge from septic tank and soakage well/pits and excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge, removing, including loading/unloading and transportation etc., covering of pits

Cutting and demolition of exising SGSW sewer pipe in damaged portion alongwith concrete bedding including removing unsv materials from site as directed and providing PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors and including bedding, packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for 110 mm internal dia of sewer line, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork like excavation, returning filling and removal required for the repair of said work shall be inclussived in the rate quoted by the contractor

Cutting and demolition of exising SGSW sewer pipe in damaged portion alongwith concrete bedding including removing unsv materials from site as directed and providing PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors and including bedding, packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for 150 mm internal dia of sewer line, complete all as specified and directed. Repairs to Rat / mouse holes to the faces / surfaces of manhole by making good to wall surface, benching, drains / channel etc of sectional area not exc 150sqcm each and depth n.exc 25cm each and filling the same with plain cement Concrete 1:2:4 type-B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and finished the surfaces even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.
