Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminium / copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, light fittings etc, removing all material for reuse / issued under schedule of credit and making good the disturbed surface as the existing one, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with multi stranded copper conductor size 1.5 sq.mm (for phase and neutral) PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH cable, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 multistranded, drawn in and including rigid PVC surface type conduit / casing capping on walls / floors / ceiling etc with and including metal flush boxes of suitable size and modular white plate with frame for mounting of fittings, modular type switches, regulator and also including 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable green in colour as continuous earth continuity conductor and connecting to earth dolly, cutting chasses to the walls/ floors / ceiling and repairing with existing surface after repair work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing round shape 15 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge..

Material and labour for submain wiring of 2 runs of 4 sq.mm size PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts FRLS grade drawn through and including suitable size of PVC conduit accessories on surface / wall / ceiling including one run of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated multistranded copper wire for earth, ISI marked and connecting up complete including removing old unserviceable cables all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : 2 runs of 4 sq.mm + 01 x 2.5 sq.mm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.

All as per ser item No 18 above but of 2 x 6 sq.mm + 01 x 4 sq.mm as earth continuity all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. NOTE : 2 runs of 6 sq.mm +01 x4 sq.mm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.

All as per ser item No 18 above but of 4 x 10 sq.mm + 2 x 6 sq.mm as earth continuity all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. NOTE : 4 runs of 10 sq.mm + 02 x 6 sq.mm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting / building security light 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including making electrical connections with three core flexible copper conductor cable all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
