Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick to rceive floor tiles in cement plaster 1:4

S & F glazed ceramic tiles, coloured of size 400 x 400 x 7mm thick with on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match all as specified.

S & F glazed coloured tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in/White/ coloured cement to match all as specified.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/block masonry wall surfaces, finished even and fair to receive glazed tiles all as specified.

Taking down GI/PVC tubing & connections (internal water supply pipes) 20 mm bore and removing from the site.

All as in item No. 6.00 above but 25 mm bore.

All as in item No 13.00 above, but 110 mm bore fixed to walls.

S & F brass chromium plated shower roses with or without swivel joint including fixing to steel pipe, fixed in repairs, 125 mm size.

S & F in repair PTMT grating dome 125 mm dia with waste holes.

Supply & Fix WC of size 580 x 440 mm vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern white with "P" or "S" trap front or back inlet and integrated foot rest including provision of lime concrete bedding etc fixed in repairs.

M & L Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe. Pedestal pan and trap, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc.Complete and Seat and cover for pedestal pan in replacement

S&F PVC, low level flushing cistern with complete fitting incl float valve flush pipe bracket for flush etc 10.0 ltrs capacity in repairs.

S & F PVC connections, 450 mm long with brass CP check nuts suitable for connecting 15 mm dia pipes, superior quality, fixed in repairs.

Dismantling of old PVC tanks with its 1000 ltr capacity and removing to store.

Dismantling of old PVC tanks with its 500 ltr capacity and removing to store.

Fixing only rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks with (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified 1000 ltr capacity. (HDPE water tank will be issued under Schedule "B" item.)

Fixing only rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks with (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified 500 ltr capacity. (HDPE water tank will be issued under Schedule "B" item.)

S & F in repair Ball valve high presuure PTMT with epoxy coated alumimium rod & high density ball screwed for iron pipe 20 mm bore. (min. weight 210 gms)

All as per Item No. 25.00 above but 25 mm bore ditto (min. weight 455 gms)

S & F Gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 20 mm bore, fixed in repairs.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement 75mm.

S&F in repairs waste fittings brass chromium plated 32mm for glazed were basins and kitchen sink with long screwed shanks and fly nuts fixed in repairs.

S&F viterous china wash hand basin, white , flat back, size 630X450mm including brackets fixed in repairs

S&F UPVC (SWR) bends 75mm bore any radius dismantling pieces or tapers.

All as item No.31.00 above but 110mm bore

S&F UPVC (SWR) branch piece, single, (single Y) equal or unequal with access door, for 75mm bore pipes.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China urinals, bowl type (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. (Including of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe)

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipes 75/110 mm bore from walls.

Treating and finishing the sunken portion of WC area not exceeding 1.2 Sqm each by providing 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:3 with and including water proofing compound and applying two coats of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.25 kg/sqm, providing necessary connection items suitable for WC, providing lime concrete and 1mm thick multiplus plastifelt over 20mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate complete all as directed.

All as per item No 38 above but for bath/lobby with out any PVC connections/fitting, area exc 1.2 Sqm and n. exc 2 Sqm each.

S &F in repairs Jet spray/Health faucet complete all as specified

M & L in repairs stainless steel sink with draining board, made out of 1.00 mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers waste pipe, cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union overall size 915 mm x 460 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm all as specified and as directed

M & L in repairs stainless steel 1 mm thick plate rack of size 600 mm x 750 mm including fixing in walls with suitable screws wooden plugs including all necessary arrangement etc all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 20 mm, 600 mm long brass chromium plated towel rail all as specified and directed
