Modification/modernization of exisitng lift including partially dismantling of existing 13 passenger elevator including design, fabrication, manufacture, assembly, Inspection & testing at work, delivery to site, installation, testing, commissioning and handing over of 13 passenger lift having min. 1.5 mps speed serving 13 floors in the existing lift shaft including associated civil works etc. as per tender specifications & relevant codes, lift rules/Acts, IS/International standard, as per instruction of E.I.C & any other work which is required for modification of lift. Note: a. All the lift components shall be replaced except following: i) car rails and counter rails, ii) car and counter weight frames with filler weights, iii) landing doors iv) car cabin b. All the dismantled materials of elevators shall be taken away by the agency & suitable rebate shall be included in the quoted rates. Note: 1)Free comprehensive maintenance period is 12 months from the date of handing over of all 08nos. of lifts with lift licenses. However, renovated elevators completed in phase-I shall be released for use of Dept. before staring phase-II work
