Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, main holes, pier holes etc complete in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation , filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement mortar and removing rubbish n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in (1:4) finished fair and even external surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel cover for valve pit of size (900mm x 900mm x 900mm) made of 50x50x6mm MS angle iron frame covered with 6 mm thick MS plain black sheet, 3 Nos MS butt hinges both sides of 125mm Size medium weight cold rolled and 10mm dia MS round bar handle with provision of two coats of black bituminous paint over one coat of red oxide primer including taking down old unserviceable steel cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ductile iron fittings of such as i.e. bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing , decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot and/ or flanged ends as directed) including collars, caps and plugs, up to 250 mm bore of pipes, ISI Marked, complete including all necessary earth work, lifting of pipe, dewatering & taking out old unserviceable fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fresh lead joint including burning, caulking etc for CI Spigot and socketed pipes and fittings, for the 80 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing of CI sluice valve, class PN 1.6 flanged ends, heavy duty, long body, with steel spindle, ISI marked, (conforming to IS-780 or latest revised) including MS nuts, bolts, washers, gaskit & paste solvent and machinery work like cutting, facing, grinding of sluice valve, dewatering, necessary earth work including taking out old sluice valve complete all as specified and directed :-

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with double air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 150 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 150 mm dia including cutting of pipe for inserting and necessary nut bolt & other accessories required at site for fixing, earth work, including taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for opening top cover of motor actuated butterfly valves upto 250mm dia, taking out single phase motor valve with disc material SS-304, stem material SS-431 for repair and replace worn out parts with new parts including fixing the same worn out nut and bolts complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 150mm dia, single phase motor actunated butterfly valve with disc material SS-304, stem material SS-431, seat EPDM hand wheel for manual operation and having 05 Nos limit switches for open/close condition, valve position indicator and override trip. The housing of actunator should be of aluminium di-cast. The mounting shall be direct on valve type including taking down unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed.
