Taking delivery of plates from departmental stores, Handling, Transportation, Preparation of fabrication drawings, Pickling & Passivation of plates, cutting to size, Bending/ Forming as required and Installation of SS 304L Liner plates on floor/ wall after concrete grinding, cleaning of SS grids. This also includes pickling & passivation of Upper surface after completion of entire lining work, grinding of concrete floor/wall to align with the SS EP for carrying out the lining work. GTAW Welding of SS liner plates and SS trough including Liquid Penetrant examination on final pass and Vacuum box testing with supply of all consumables and materials testing m/c.

Collection of FIM, handling, transportation, storage, pickling & passivation, Preparation of fabrication drawings, fabrication, driling & machining, GTAW Welding, LP examination on final pass and erection of supporting structure, pipe support etc made of SS304L material as per site requirements, technical specification and approved drawings with supply of all consumables and materials other then FIM.

Collection of FIM, handling, transportation, storage, pickling & passivation, physical measurement, checking interferences, bending, fit-up, providning spacers between primary & secondary, installation & alignment on supports of SS304L pipelines. This also includes preparation of fabrication drawings, supply of consumables, instruments, scaffoldings, setting up of fabrication shop, dimensional measurement, providing as built drawings, documentation, FIM accounting etc. as per technical specifications and drawings. Pipe Size ranging from 8NB to 50NB. Pipes ≤1" shall be considered as 1 inch-meter.

Butt/Nozzle/Miter welding of SS304L pipes, fittings, etc. by GTAW process using ER 308L filler wires with argon purging and shielding including LP examination on root and final pass of joints along with supply of all consumables and filler wires as per technical specifications. Pipe size ranging from 8NB to 50NB Pipes ≤1" shall be considered as 1" dia.

Fillet/flange welding of SS304Lpipe, fitting, etc by using GTAW process using ER 308L filler wires with argon purging and shielding including LP examination on root and final pass of joints along with supply of all consumables and filler wires as per technical specifications.

Radiography of Butt/Miter Joints using X-ray /Gamma ray at shop /site at various elevations. Arrangement of Radiography equipment, tools, darkroom and pits at site. Supply of all consumables like films, chemicals etc. to carryout radiography as per approved procedure and technical specifications. Re-shoots, retake, repair and 3% audit radiography joints will not be counted for measurement. The contractor shall provide Radiographs in digital as well as hard copy format along with other inspection reports. Pipe size ranging from 8NB to 50NB.

Hydrostatic testing of primary Pipelines, including cutting of blinds, Preparation of ends for hydrostatic test, testing, air flushing, supply and installation of PVC end caps after completion of activity as per technical specification and approved procedure. It also includes providing testing setup and other consumables as required. Size of pipes involved are from 8NB to 50NB.

Pneumatic testing of secondary Pipelines, including cutting of blinds, Preparation of ends for pneumatic test, testing and normalization for further work, supply and installation of PVC end caps after completion of activity as per technical specification and appproved procedure. It also includes providing testing setup and other consumables as required. Size of pipes involved are from 8NB to 50NB.

Collection of FIM, cleaning, marking, cutting and threading of nipples and supply of mating caps made of SS material up to 25 NB pipe size. The nipples to be threaded up to 25mm length at one end with NPT threads.

Supply, fabrication and installation of SS-304L identification tags of size 100mm (Length) x 25mm (Width) x 1mm (Thick). Line number/ fitting designation given by the department engraved with 5mm Text height and highlighted with black paint. Each line tag shall be placed at suitable locations as per technical specification and instruction given by the EIC.

Collection of FIM, handling, transportation, storage, pickling & passivation, Preparation of fabrication drawings, fabrication, erection of top cover plate and stiffeners with SS304L on UG trench, GTAW Welding, LP examination on final pass as per technical specification and instruction of EIC. It also includes providing all consumables and machinary as required other then FIM.

Removal of RCC pre-cast blocks from top of trenches for mechanical works and re-installation after completion of UG trench piping in all respects as per technical specifications, site requirement and as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of : (i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including applying of twice ( at base and top of mortar ) cement slurry @ 2.2kg/m2 (each time) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course (leveling course to be paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. (ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. (iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer. Using rough kota stone/shahbad stone

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge : Using rough Kota stone/shahbad stone

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications. The rate should include prepration construction joint and application of approved bonding agent as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for RCC/ PCC Using Ready Mix Concrete including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Using TMT bars of specified grades. TMT bars to be supplied by vendors as per Approved Vendor list of BARC using virgin material

Providing and applying of swellable type water stopper tape / sealant, 19mm x 25mm (minimum) in linear metre (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls etc. After cleanning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape (if required) shall be applied through out the length of the joint. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and direction of the Enginner-In- Charge.

Providing and fixing in position tapered / parallel threaded Tension Compression Mechanical Couplers for rebars conforming to IS code on “Reinforcement Couplers for Mechanical Splices of Bars for Concrete Reinforcement - Specification”. The couplers shall have bar break properties for 100% Tension and compression joints as per manufacturer's specifications and as per the direction of the Engineer. The item shall include all operations and arrangements such as threading with manufacturer's machines and operators, enlargement at connection by forging, provision of bar caps to protect the threads on rebar and related operations and arrangements as required for completing the work. The cost shall include testing of joints before usage of the splice as required by the Engineer at intervals. For 20mm dia. bar Note : Only the couplers provided at the lap locations shown in the drawing shall be payable.
