PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN MAP QTRS AT ZONE-II UNDER GE BRICHGUNJ, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound over and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:6 on external surfaces of block masontry and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Materials and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling surfaces including application of cement slurry 3 kg/sqm complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only water proofing compound (Powder) conforming to IS-2645 1975.

M & L for painting with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on newly plastered or untreated surfaces of walls including nesessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for painting with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on newly plastered or untreated surfaces of ceiling including nesessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for two coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer and a coat of external wall putty on newly plastered wall surfaces including preperation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Washing, rubbing down and stopping of old distemper surfaces of walls and old decorated ,old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls complete applying one coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of old surface of walls complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

All as per item No 09 herein before but one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling.
