(A ) CGI shed as pump house

Dismantling of the existing /Old (22’x25’)CGI shed including the roof, truss, sides overhead gantry etc by engaging the job knowing /skilled labors having expertise in the said field .The serviceable material like angle iron ,channel section ,I girders are to be sorted out and stacked by the firm to be utilized for the fabrication of new CGI shed. The job involves the arrangement of oxyacetylene gas cutters, grinders, tools and tackles required for dismantling of CGI shed. The job also includes loading shifting of the old unserviceable material i.e., CGI sheets, angle iron etc from site of work to the divisional stores by engaging private transport and unloading and staking at divisional store by engaging skilled workers. Complete in all respects.

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. in all kinds of soil

P/Laying of stone soling dry hand packed including ramming and all carriage upto site of work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including all carriage of materials upto site of work

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars. including all carriage up to site of work

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all kinds of carriage.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. up to plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including all carriage of materials upto site of work

Provides & fitting of foundation Bolts with angle Iron Tee as per following details: Length of Bolt = 600mm Dia of Bolt = 25mm Complete with Nuts and Washers Total = 48 Nos.

Providing and errecting MS Vertical Posts / Column pipe ,fabricated out of M.S. pipe, baseplate, cleats ,top plates, brackets, etc. including welding, erecting in position, making necessary holes.all carriage upto site of work.

Fabrication, Providing, welding and erection of Angle Iron /MS pipe vertical posts , gassete plates, angle iron horizontal members, cross members, base plate etc. including, cutting to size, welding, making necessary holes job includes material upto site ogf material.

B) Labour charges for fixing welding straightening etc of available steel for 600 Kg @ Rs 30/=

Fabrication, Providing, welding and Erection of double slope Angle Truss to be fabricated out of Angle iron of different cross sections as per direction of Engineer in charge. job includes Providing, cutting to size welding of, Rafters,Tie beams, Gusset plates, purlines, King posts, other vertical/ inclined members of the truss, making necessary holes, where ever necessary, transportation of material, loading/ unloading complete in all respects.

C.G.I. sheets for sides and roofing. Providing of colour coated 0.50 mm thick C.G.I. sheet for sides and roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled. Excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape as required.The job includes cost of J hooks, nuts and bolts, washers required for fixing of the corrugated CGI for the sides and the roof of the pump house shed

Providing fixing of colour coated ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.50 mm thick

Fab. Providing & Fitting of MS Doors/Windows to be fabricated out of MS angle iron . includes, cutting to size welding, fitting, transportation, loading /and unloading complete in all respects. The job includes cost of providing and welding of hinges, L drops, handles ,etc for the door and windows

Fabrication of angle iron bed of size (2.5Mx3.5Mx.5M) to be fabricated out of old serviceable material at site

Providing/Fabrication/Fixing of wooden frame structure of size 2.5 m x 3.5 m x 3.5 m by way of erecting the vertical posts out of KD timber of size 75mm x75 mm x 2400 mm x 25 no’s=12.0 cft with cross supports of size 50mm x50mmx 3000mmx20nos=5.30cfton four sides and tie beams for ceiling of size 75mm x75 mm x 2400 mmx6nos=2.9cft of operator’s cabin house. Providing/Fitting of the 12mm thick water resistant ply board of Century or any other reputed make to be fixed on the on all four walls & ceiling of the operators cabin. The job includes providing/fitting of the fasteners & allied joining aids necessary as per the site requirement including P/F of nuts bolts, nails, of assorted size as per site requirement. i)KD Timber in finished form=20.20 cft @Rs 1500/cft=30300 ii)Ply board 12mm =240SFT@70/sft=16800.00 iii)P/F of glazing on front side including nail etc 01 job=5000.00

Painting of entire structure with two coats of “A” grade enamel white paint for the operators cabin and metal paint for Angle iron, channel section, MS pipes and other allied items of the structure from inside after proper surface preparation and application of metal primer /wood primer one coat as per site requirements.

P/F of MS Strainer fabricated out of 600MM Dia MS Pipe 5mm thick with perforations all round 1.5 M long for suction side for two pumping units.

Fabrication, Providing and fitting of M.S. flanged Suction pipe of 300mm dia, 8mm thick fabricated out of 8 mm thick M.S pipe. The welding of the pipes should comply with IS-816-1965 and the welding electrodes used for welding should comply with IS-814 1967.The pipe shall be painted by applying one coat of red oxide and the two coats of blue paint after cleaning the pipes. The job involves all the handling charges like loading, unloading carriage etc up to the site of work.

Fabrication providing and fitting of 150mmx200mm dia. M. S flanged reducer 300mm x200 mm (2 feet long) long duly fabricated out of 8mm thick M.S plate having flange thickness of 12mm with 12 No. holes on the surface of pitch circle diameter having outer dia of 350mm.The job also includes providing and fitting of nuts bolts along with rubber washers for the fitment of increaser.

Renovation of the exiting CGI shed 10’x20’ to be utilized as site office by way of following execution of following works, Providing and Laying of stone soling dry hand packed. C.MS Suction platform with overhead gantry

Fabrication of M.S plate form by way of providing, erection of vertical column fabricated out of ISMB200 6 M long (04 nos) provided and welded with base plates and top plates of size 600mm x600 mmx 16 mm (04 nos) and 300mmx 300 mm x 12mm. Providing, laying & welding of 04 no main beams ISMB 150 (12.84 mtrs long each) on the vertical posts on one side and grouted in cement concrete foundation block of pump house on the other side as per drawing. Providing, erecting and embedding of ISMC 100 x3 feet long (04 no’s) provided with ISA 50mm x50 mmx6mm (03 No’s) each so as to embed in the cement concrete block for anchoring of cross supports to the main beams. Providing, welding & fabrication of M.S rectangular platform of size (8.0 m x 5.0 m) of ISMC 75 as per drawing over ISMB and reinforced/welded with ISA65 mm x65 mm x6mm. The M.S platform so fabricated is to be provided and welded with 10 mm MS thick square bars placed at a distance of 5cm from bar to bar.The welding of the structure is to be carried out in double layer at every joint in a précised manner. The platform is to be provided with openings of suitable/required size for the lowering and fitting of the suction pipes, bends and foot valves. Providing ,erecting & welding of 02 no vertical posts fabricated out of 150 dia MS pipe C class ( 04mtrs long each) with base plates of size600mmx600mmx10mm(02 nos) and gusset plates of size 300mmx300 mm x10mm(02 nos)with cross supports of ISA65 (4Mx4nos) for strengthening and durability. Providing, laying & welding of 01no top beam (08mtrs long each) fabricated out of ISMB 150 over the vertical posts. The plate form is to be provided by MS railing one meter high to be fabricated out of 40x40x3 mm square hollow section to be welded at a distance of 5’ from each other on the three sides and providing and welding of 50x50x3 mm square hollow section on the top as railing. The job includes cost of all the material like welding machine, oxyacetylene gas, gas cutter, welding electrodes, tools and tackles, required for the execution of the job at site. The job also includes the cost on account of arranging big boat/Khuch for the execution of the job. Painting of the M.S platform, overhead gantry& M.S railing with metal paint of standard quality, make and shade. The job includes sand papering, buffing, and applying one coat of red oxide and then two coats of paints.
