Manufacturing and Supply of Steel Student bench of Size 4'x1'x2'-h back rest" made out of 18 Gauge CR sheet with 4 Nos of Legs. The legs, top and bottom frames are made out of 1" Square pipe of 16 Gauge thickness. Extra bracing with 1" square pipe has to be welded in the width direction both at top and bottom frame. The bottom frame all-round has to be fixed at a height of 6" from the bottom tip pf the leg. The stiffener should be given made of 18 gauge CR sheet below the bottom of the top sheet. The top CR Sheet to be fixed over the connection rod 16gauge 1" square rod which is fixed over leg with necessary tack welding. The square pipe bottom to be provided 1"rubber bush. The chair is provided with hydraulic steel base and TW handle arms. The seat is to be knitted with best quality of nylon flat strings of approved colors. Manufacturing and supply of Steel Rack of size 6'X 3'x1¼' steel angle 14G slatted steel angle and 18G thickness CR sheet plate of size 3’ x 11/4’ of 5 nos should be given. All joints are bolted. Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer is given the cost inclusive of all materials lab ours charges, painting , taxes, transportation loading unloading charges and other incidental charges etc., complete.
