Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground (level) and lowering if necessary, removal of the rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in panels finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Chequred Cement Concrete Tiles (ISI marked) 200X200X25mm thick in Floors /Foot Path, etc., Set, Jointed and Pointed in Neat Cement Slurry with Grey Cement and Pigments, over 20mm thick Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation for fixing of interlocking paver block any shape and size and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in pavings, spread and levelling in layers n.exc 15 cm thick including well ramming and watering as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 60 mm thick, M-35 machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 and jointed with white cement and pigment

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, and similar work including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including pillars or quoins, arches etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains .

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete ( 1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified

Material and labour for brick work with locally available best quality sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. Including removal of rubbish off the cantonment area complete all as directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white washing including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing, reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in manhole, drain cover in cement mortar (1:6) , etc including all necessary form work, Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for TMT reinforcement bar, conforming to Fe-500, 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with chips Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix bands, straps including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 as complete all as specified and as directed.
