Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation,laying of cable or pipe ( where provided for protection of cable or fixing with poles and stays) and getting out in any type of soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 metre above from the starting point all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches in soft/loose soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and directed..

Cutting of road of any description for crossing the cable across the road width through DWC pipe and filling the road cutting with excavated materials including necessary returning filling in and including spreading, levelling , watering complee all as directed by Engineerin in charge.

M/L for plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick, as in for making top surface of road cutting , finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insullated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M/L for copper conductor wire complete with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm, single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable,1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor drawn through with and including Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 20 mm bore including fixing accessories such as saddles, nuts, bolts, washers and pipe hooks etc., fixed on surface wall / floors / concealead / pole etc, with one run of PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor wire for eart continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed Note :- Two Nos of 1.5 Sqmm wire and One No of 1.5 Sqmm Earth wire shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fixing security light bracket made out of GI pipe 40mm dia light grade with clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc including necessary bending / welding drilling of holes etc with monting on walls / poles etc in any situation complete all as specified and as directed (Note: MS Flate, nuts, bolts and washers measured and paid separately)

Supplying & Fixing Galvanised Octagonal street light pole 9 meter long, sheet thickness 3 mm with CI base plate of 200x200mm, including necessary earth work, excavation & PCC work etc as per manufactures instructions all as specified and directed Make- Surya, Philips, CG, Havells, Wipro. (Note: Earth work and PCC shall be measured & paid seperetely)

M/L for plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling as mass concrete for fixing of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light fitting 150 watts, electronic driver unit and LED lamp with secondary optics made in pressur dia cast housing and heat shrink in aluminium extrusion IP 66 protection including necessary mounting bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed Make - Cate No JETAPROPLUSFL200WLED757LTG of Havels make or equivalent in Philips, Bajaj etc.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 45 watts pressure die cast aluminium housing, electronic driver unit and LED lamp with refelector and IP 66 protection including necessary mounting bolts, nuts and washers including taking down u/s fitting complete all as specified and as directed make - Crompton Cate No LSTS-45-CDL or equivalent in Havells, Bajaj etc.

Supply and fixing LED Post top light fitting 35 watts, with electronic driver unit and LED lamp with secondary optics made in pressur dia cast housing water resistant IP 66 protection including necessary mounting bolts, nuts and washers including taking down u/s fitting complete all as specified and as directed make - Crompton Cate No LPTOI-45-T or equivalent in Philips, Havells, Bajaj etc.

Supply and fixing LED flood light fitting 50 watts with electronic driver unit and LED lamp with secondary optics made in pressur dia cast housing and heat shrink in aluminium extrusion IP 66 protection including necessary mounting bolts, nuts and washers including taking down u/s fitting complete all as specified and as directed . Cate No JETACOMPECTOFL50LED757LTG of Havels or equivalent in Philips, crompton, Bajaj etc.

Supply, & fixing in replacement of LT feeder pillar box, outdoor type, industrial type 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire, vermin & dust proof double door, front & rear side open type with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated with IP 65 protection, CPRI approved and all MCCB to be connected directly to bus bar complete all as specified with following items:- (a) Aluminium bas bar 200 Amps for phase and Neutral (b) MCCB, 4P, 100 Amps, 16 KA, 415 Volts, -01 No (for incoming) (c) MCCB, 4P, 32 Amps, 16 KA, 415 Volts, -02 No

Supply and Fixing of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar 32 A TPN MCB incomer,single dial time switch, 40 A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 Nos 9A contractors and raise lower push button, incoming 16 Sqmm and outgoing 2.5 Sqmm terminals including individual protaction MCBs for each light. all as specified and directed Make- Surya, Philips, CG, Havells, Wipro.

Supply, erect and fixing Pre-cast RCC pole, M-30 design mix 9.0 metres long, having 150mm x 125mm at top and 350mm x 250mm at bottom, including reinforcement with high strength deformed steel TMT bars and necessary form work and ereating in position all as specified / shown on drawing and as directed. Note:- (i) RCC pole 9 meter long shall be provided all as shown on TD drawing No TD 401 sheet 1/1 dt 11.09.06 (ii) The rate quoted deemed to include the following provision also:- (a) Excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50m. (b) Foundation in PCC (1:2:4) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. (c) Coping in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate.

Supply & fixing double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS:19430, Part-I, size 5mm outer dia and 38mm internal dia complee al as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm by by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel and GI earth strip and connected to earthing test point / distribution board/equipments or any other indicated situation all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling, removing of soil and 1.5 mtr length GI medium grade 20mm dia pipe with funnal and wire mesh,------------

PCC chamber of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate, 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c on both ways pre cast chamber cover with lifiting handle 16mm dia round bars, Gi pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for earth strip protaction including charcol, common salt complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- GI earth strip above to 7.5 mtr long shall be measured and paid separetly)
