Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG stone jelly for Foundation and flooring including cost,conveveyance of all materials and labour charges to laid in layers not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc, complete with standard specification

ReFilling in Basement with Excavated Earth in Layers of not more than 15 cm thick , well watered,rammed and consolidated complying with standard specification etc complete .

Filling in the basement with the M.Sand including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard specifications

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roff slab, Rectangular / Square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, StairCase Waist Slablanding slab landing beam Canopy etc in all floors with all cross Bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10BG stiffened withmild steel angles of size 25mmx3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre etc, complete and as directed

Reinforced cement concrete in 1 : 1.5 : 3 , mix using 20mm iss HBG stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering and stell but including laying,vibrating,curing and finishing ,fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherevver necessery and bearing surface of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beam shall be finished smooth with cement mortor 1:3 and craft paper without claiming extra cost.,complete compying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Special Ceiling Plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC Slabs,Canopies,sunshades,landing slab Beams ,etc with CementMortor 1:3, 10mm thick (one cement and three sand)including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification.

Weathering Course Concrete by using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC Roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 : 12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters if approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling Lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the Top of Roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm x 23 cm x 2 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortor 1 : 3 (one cement and three sand ) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS at 2% by weight of cement used and the Top pointed with same mortor mixed with redoxide to the full depth of Tiles , complete coplying with standard specification(The rate inclusive of redoxide and water proofing compound ) and as directed by the departmental officers .

Paving the Floor with best quality Ceramic Tiles of Size 600 mm x 600 mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortor 1 : 3 (one cement and three sand ) 20 mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colouring Pigments and as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification

Paving the Floor with Best Quality Anti Skid Tiles of any approved colour and size 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 mm shape and quality laid in Cement Mortor 1 : 2 to 20 mm thick in all floors and the Top Pointed with the white cement 0.40 kg mixed with the same colouring Pigments etc complete

Dadooing walls with colour designed Glazed Tiles of sizes 300 mm x 200 mm x 6 mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in cement mortor 1 : 2 ( one cement and two sand ) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed .
