Taking down carefully existig copper/ alumn point wiring for light/ fan/ bell/ socket 5/15 Amp points complete with fitting and fixtures such as Switches, Sockets, Ceiling Rose, Lamp Holder and bracket fittings with Battens/ Conduits/ Wires and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls and roofs etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switches and distribution boards (single phase or three phase) of any capacity with Isolators/ MCBs/ MCCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable sub main wiring and making good disturbed surfaces and matching with existing complete all as directed and specified

M&L Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor, multi stranded of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, drawn through & including new PVC rigid concealed conduit, medium grade of suitable size (not less than 20mm dia) duly ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes, bakelite sheets and various sizes hylam sheets for mounting switch/ sockets, fan regulators etc complete with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, PVC FRLS copper conductor, insulated, unsheathed, stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified for following :- (a) One light/ fan/ bell/ Bldg security light point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

All as per item No. 04 as above but one 3 pin, 5 Amp, socket outlet on the independet board controlled by one single pole one way switch board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED sleeky bldg security light (Lens) fitting of 35 watts, 6000K, including GI bracket bend to shape made out of GI pipe light grade of 25 mm, size up to 1.2 mtr long etc complete with two nos of bolts of suitable size, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint and all fixing arrangements to wall/ pole, including connecting up with 2 core copper flexible wire of size 23/00.0076 all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made sheet metal enclosures double door type made out of CRCA 1.2 mm thick M.S. sheet, powder coated, partly embedded in wall, IP-43 protection, VTPN DB with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 4 way, 415 volts, vertical type, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCCBs/ MCBs, factory made, including thermal based release adjustable type 4 pole 100 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA and making good distrubbed surfaces with matching colour, complete all as specified. Note: VTPN is including MCCB and rate of MCCB 100 Amps is included in the rates quoted agaist this item.

S&F XLPE insulated, armoured,1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable of size 25 Sqmm nominal cross section, 4 core, PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of galvanized steel wire or tape and over-all PVC sheathed in service connections, laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, in floor, on pole including jointing with double compression copper stain less steel gland at DBs and testing, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc 10 Sqm on plan, for laying of cable and getting out, compete all as specified.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately). Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

S&F Cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel galvanised pipe, light grade, 40 mm nominal bore for passing of cable, fixed to poles/ walls, laid under floor/ road crossings, complete with and including clamps socket & elbow etc complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shallbe provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame including two coats of painting over a red oxide to exposed steel surfaces. excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009).

Supply & fixing in repair Capacitor (ISI Marked) 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC casing/caping with accessories of size 20mm. Note : Nickel cadmium screws should be used for fixing of casing caping complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bakelite sheet hylam 3mm thick with white top fixed with cup washers with machine screws on existing switch board with including removing existing switch/ switch sockets/ bell push etc and refixing the same by making slots on new sheet complete all as specified & directed for MS box fo approx size 8" x 5" etc as in reapirs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 54 but of size 11'' x 9"

S&F in repair PVC Shunken Box rectangular block for mounting normal/modular switches ,sockets,fan regulator etc of following sizes. (a) 175mmx110mmx50mm

Supply and fixing of Decorative, wall mounting light, brushed nickel finish fixture with acrylic diffuser suitable with 9 W LED lamp B22 base complete all as specified and directed. Cat Part No LHFOAJE1TN1I060 of Havells or equivalent in any other make.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole 20 Amp MCB of 'C' series complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with highefficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete.
