Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15cm thick (Below or above ground level).

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for footpath / hard standing finishing surface of concrete even and rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed and M & L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete tiles of interlocking pattern with grey cement and pigment rubber moulded with vibration technology set and jointed as per manufactures instructions laid over and including 50mm thick crushed stone sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to inclued for filleting the side of pavement with PCC (1:2:4) type B1.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x22 mm / 250x250x22mm thick with grey cement and pigment, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type & description

Supply & fix for MS galvanised chain link fencing haevy zinc coated (Hot dip), aparture size 100mmx100mm and wire of 8 Swg (4 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S & F Mild steel work Angles, bars, flats etc. as in fencing post struts including cutting tops to shape as directed including embedding in concrete and all necessary drilling holes, bolting or riveting , welding notching for wire and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick work and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cu. M, getting out in hard/ dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not execeeding 50 M and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete for post/pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder /PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M&L for Walling of random rubble masonry using Secundearbad pattern , well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC type D2 1:4:8 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass Concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing with CM 1:4 to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto course complete

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks built in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparing of Newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregated) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete (Reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre Cast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in Cover slab for manholes etc set in cement mortor 1:6 including use and waste necessary form work (Reinforced shall be measured and paid seprately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars, 6 to 8mm dia cut ot length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregated) as in surface channel/ benching to manholes and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia & over , cut ot length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS round bars, 10mm dia & over , cut ot length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts of 5 to 10mm diameter of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and not exc 10cm complete
