PART-A ROAD WORK Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock/soil by deploying a dozer, including cutting and transporting the earth to site of embankment/dumping area with lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with the requirements of lines, grades and cross sections. as per Morth Specification. No. 301

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Morth S.P. Table 300-2 for embankment construction.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of as per Morth Specification No. 305.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Morth specification Clause No. 401 B Grade-I

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.complete as per Morth specification Clause No. 406 B

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. complete as per Morth specification Clause No. 502A

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. complete as per Morth specification Clause No. 503 (i)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam grade-II with higher capacity HMP 100-120 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder V.G 30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification Morth specification Clause No. No. 505 B complete in all respects.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam grade-I with higher capacity HMP 100-120 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder V.G 30 @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification Morth specification Clause No. No. 505 A complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity hot mix plant 100-120 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Morth specification Clause No. No. 507 B complete in all respects

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.
