8432 REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF FIRE ALARM SYSTEM OF VARIOUS JETTIES AT NAVAL DOCKYARD UNDER GE NW KUNJALI

Comprehensive monthly maintenance of auto fire alarm systems/ fire supression system installed at Naval Dockyard including attending of day to day comaplaints. The detail scope of work consists of the following:- (i) Cleaning inspecting, checking and repairing if required all the equipments of fire detection / supresssion system. (ii) Operational test of all the equipment of fire detection system in presence of rep of users and Engr-in-charge. (iii) The contractor will submit test report regarding functioning of all the equipments duly signed by contractor, users rep and Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The maintenance shall be carried out through skilled technician having 3-5 years experiance and one helper. Daily attendence register and routine maintanence record as per the format approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be prepared/ maintained. Complaints shall be attended on daily basis as recieved and recorded in complaint register. (v) Emergency visit will be carried out when called in addition to the routine monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause without additional cost. (vi) Material required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule as SUPPLY ONLY.

M&L for taking out unserviceable repeater fault control panel of existing fire detector from the existing site and repairing the repeater panel including replacement of unserviceable parts complete and refixing the same in its original position including testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PCB loop cord suitable for self addressable fire finder system. Make Edward / GST / Honey well / Siemens.

Supply, laying and connecting in replacement of PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor cable size 1.5 sqmm 2 core FRLS 1100 volts drawn in existing MS/PVC conduit fixed on wall/celling of the Bldg complete. Make - Kalinga/ Havells

Supply and fixing MS Conduit of size 20 mm dia including, fixing accessories like saddles, couplers bends tees etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of UPS 1.0 KVA suitable for working on 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete. Make - Microtec/ SuKam

Supply only 12 V 7 AH Battery complete all as specified. Make : Exide /Amaron/Panasonic.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable Mother Board of fire finder system and supply and fixing new mother board for two Nos loops cards suitable for self addressable fire finder. Make: Siemens / Honey well

M & L for refilling NOVEC 1230 or FM 200 gas in cylinder, incluing taking out cylinder from site to factory and taking back the same including replacing unsv pressure gauges/ connector pipes and other connected items all as specifed

S & F in repalcement nozzle / sensor of fire supression system at various sub station / jetties as per site requirement
