Firm should quote the specific Make/Brand along with the offer.

Firm must upload past experience (R/Note or CRN) for supplying this same item to any shed/depot of Indian Railways.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

By consignee after receipt of materials at consignee end.

The tenderer to indicate the Manufacturer's Name, Month and Year of manufacturing by casting/ stamping/ etching/ embossing, at an appropriate place of each piece supplied, without affecting the functional utility and structural stability of the components/ material. Material to be supplied in sealed OEM pack

Manufactures identifications mark along with month & Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or an boxes/cartons as per drawing specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be.

Measurement of the doors & windows will be taken from RPF barrack at BPC by the firm within 07 days after receiving the PO.

GC/WC: GC/WC/WTC/IC, must be submitted along with supply as per latest IRS terms & conditions.

After stitching of curtains, 1-2 samples of curtains & accessories to be got approved before bulk order of supply of materials and delivery should be completed within 15 days from date of publication of PO.

All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.

If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents , the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. RPF barrack at BPC.
