Note :- For item No 1 to 7 (a) Surprise check will be carried out by department representative and if any employes is not available at his working place, he will be treated as absent. (b) Contractor has to submit the list of employees including reserve alongwith police verification, Aadhar card, Aadhar card linked Bank Account No and relevant documents as mentioned in PS to the Engineer-in-Charge alongwith performance security before issue work order. (c) The payment shall be made to employees on or before 10th of every calender month. Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS through Aadhar card linked Bank Account only and it shall not be less than minumum fair wages as per Act in vogue (d) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by his alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment (e) Contractor has to employ the number of labours per day as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge for which he has to make alternative arrangement. (f) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (g) Contractor shall quote the rates considering their monthly leaves, releiver etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. In case of absence of staff/tradesman from duty, payment of that day will not be paid. In addition to that a penalty of Rs 1500/- per day per person will be recovered from contractors dues. Also in case of long absence (more than one week) of staff/tradesman, the penalty shall be recovered including Sundays & Holidays if any. The contractor shall have no claim on this account.

(h) Contractor has to supply three sets of Tools and Plants (as applicable) to the labours employed by him and should be placed with the safe custody of department. Rates quoted shall be deemed to be included the above provision. (j) In case any variation in manpower as indicated in Column No 4 of BOQ due to any reasons / or any manpower held in Department or any policy change contractor should have no claim on that account. (xiii) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost Item No 1 to 7 i.e Rs 60,57,216.00 , the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (Cover No 2) . (xiv). The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost i.e Rs 60,57,216.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall sumbit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment/ release as the case may be. (xv) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working (m) Quotes rates should include Stationary,Uniform,Shoes,log book.etc

Pumping down the existing refrigerant from the condensor and carrying out the leak test of plant with the pressure of Nitrogen gas and monoitoring for 24hrs asses leakages by brazing & replacement of necessary gasket wherever required including copper tubes of suitable size vacumizing of the plant by vaccum pump finally reharging of existing refrigerant gas to the plant and topping up of refrigerant if required to maintain the standard pressure etc complete including testing of the plant for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Refrigerant required for topping up will be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Rewinding of unserviceable electric motor 3 phase 50 Hz 415volt of following capacity pump set complete comprises as under :- (a) Disconnecting & removing the electric motor from installed position including, loading, unloading and transporting to approved workshop. (b) Taking out the existing burnt winding from the motor including rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation. (c) Transporting the motor back to the location, reinstalling in original position including alignment, electrical & water connection, commissioning and testing for 8hours continuously to check the RPM etc. to the satisfactory performance etc. complete.
