Material & labour testing of water of bore well,test to be carried out as per I.S. parameters of drinking water (chemical and beactrological test) from Govt / NABL approved laboratary all as directed and report to be submitted to office for record. Physio-chemical parameters as per the ground water standards IS-10500-2012 (a) pH, Colour, Electrical conductivity, Turbidity, TDS, TSS, Hardness, Iron, Chlorides, Florides, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulphate, Nitrate, Total alkalinity and Residual free chlorine. (b) Bacteriological parameters as per the ground water standard. NOTE :- testing of water of one bore well shall be treated as one Job.

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber having inner dimension 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm (suitable for 100mm to 150mm sluice valves & reflux valves) with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work wall in cement mortar (1:4), PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, rendering plaster in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of MS Sheet top cover 3mm thick with welding of MS angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 4 mm at edges and in diagonal and angle iron base frame of 50 x 50 x 6 mm, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on iron surfaces, lime wash on internal and external cement surfaces and locking arrangements including demolition of the existing chamber, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of submersible pumping set of capacity 20 HP to 30 HP installed at various location in AF Stn Memaura , and carrying out necessary repairs to pump and motor, painting of pumping set, reassembling after replacement of following items & jobs and testing to entire satisfaction. Note:- 1. Cost of Transportation (if required) shall be included in quoted rate. 2. Spare parts required will be measured & paid separately here in after under below supply only item:

Supply only Thurst bearing block complete of submersible motor of any make.

Supply Bushes of submersible motor as per manufracture's design and specification.

Supply only Remetaling of motor shaft,turning to bring it to original size and shape and polishing for submersible motor .

Supply only Coupling of submersiable motor and pump with key.

Complete overhauling of submersiable pump of capacity 20 HP to 30 HP and replacement of the us spares under below supply only items:-

Supply only Cable jointing by using puncture compound roll and tape/ sealing compound complete.

Taking out / lifting submersible pump set of capacity 20 to 30 HP from bore well alongwith column pipe & connection cable and then lowering of Pumpset with existing/new column pipe including replacement of rubber packing, nut bolts etc and testing of Pump set for satisfactory run complete all as directed. Note: All T&P and labour required shall be provided by the contractor and cost shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Labour only for cutting out the existing winding of stator of submersible motor of capacity 20 to 30 HP,three phase and M&L for rewinding with PVC copper wire of existing gauge complete including varnishing, supply & replacement of minor items like cable grommet, water seal, studs with nuts, sand guard, sleeves in end plates, submersible cable upto 6 mtr length, straightening of the slot etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the washout CI/DI Pipe line 6" dia vertically / laid in trenches by unscrewing all the flange joints for rectification of blockage and refixing the same in position all as specified and as directed at site. Note : Accessories/joints will be included in quoted rates for refixing the same.

Material and labour, for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connected to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 40 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (upto 7.5 metre beyond earth pit) PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore medium grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete, including dismantling of old u/s earthing.

M & L for replacement of submersible cable PVC insulated, overall PVC sheathed ,flat 16 Sqmm 3 core with copper conductor multistranded . Make-Finolex/Plaza/Havells or equivalent

Supply and fixing (in repair) DOL starter complete fitted with Voltmeter and Ampearmeter suitable for 1 HP single phase pump set. Make Havells/C&S/L&T/Kirloskar or equivalent

Supply and fixing (in repair) DOL starter complete fitted with Voltmeterand Ampearmeter suitable for 3 HP Three phase pump set. Make Havells/C&S/L&T/Kirloskar or equivalent

Supply only Calcium hypochlorite granular disinfectant for water treatment, having chlorine content 65% to 70%, all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of sluice valve of dia 150 mm bore (ISI marked) PN 1.6 with new for distribution, rising main, wash out purpose to fix in pipe line complete with nut bolts, washers and rubber packing etc all as specified and directed.

-ditto- same as per item above but 100 mm bore

M&L for repair of pressure/booster pump set of capacity 1 HP single phase after removing from site including winding of motors and replacement of unserviceable accessories/parts etc and testing after reconnecting complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for repair of monoblock pump set of capacity upto 3 HP after removing from site including winding of motors and replacement of unserviceable parts and testing after reconnecting complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & testing with orthodine solution (in 500 ml bottle), complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fixing,testing cast iron Non return Valve class heavy duty ISI marked, both ends flanged of size 150 mm including fitting for connecting the line complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of valve pit chamber of any size by taking out mud & muddy water and depositing the same at a distance n.exc 20 mtr away from pit including swipping free from all type of dirt including rectification the leakage of valve of any size by using of appropriate size and required packing materials and all as directed.

Replacement of spindle and check nut with SS spindle for the following sizes of sluice valves including providing gland packing of suitable sizes, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers etc. to make the sluice valve leakproof and free operational all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 80 mm dia

(b) 100 mm dia

(c ) 150 mm dia

(d) 200 mm dia

Supply & lowering 150 mm dia heavy grade MS column pipe flange type including all fittings and fixtures along with lifting of old unserviceable complete all as specified & directed. Make: Jindal, Tata or equivalent

S&F in repairs, pressure gauge dial type for measurement of the water pressure up to 10 Kg/sqcm or as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of single phase preventor for starter of 20 to 30 HP submersible pumping set complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells/L&T/Minilec.

S&F in replacement of contactor of starter panel sutable for 25-30 HP submersible pumping set, 415 volts of existing make and model including necessary electrical connection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of electronic Timer for star delta starter of existing type. Make :- L&T/Havells/Siemens.

S&F in repairs, digital voltmeter 0 to 500 V 96mmX 96mm (square type). Make : L&T/Schneider/HPL.

S&F in repairs, digital ampere meter 0 to 200 Amp 96mmX96mm (square type) 415 Volt. Make : L&T/Schneider/HPL.

S&F in repairs, MCCB 4 pole 415V with breaking capacity 16 kA, 100 Amp.

S&F in repairs, MCCB 4 pole 415V with breaking capacity 16 kA, 63 Amp.

Comprehensive maintenance and repair of calcium hypochlorite based electronic automatic dosing (Decrin dozer) equipment/plant of any type and make complete with dozing tube and solution drum and other accessories required. Note :- (i) Spare items/parts required for dosing plant shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. (ii) Cost of items /parts which are not covered in Sch 'A' but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the plant shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (iii) Dosing plant to be cleaned twice in a month. (iv) Labour charges for removal of unserviceable parts and fixing of spare items/ parts (supplied under below item) shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

Supply & install Emergency First Aid Kit Box, Wall mounted , made from high grade GI metal with powder coating for anti rust proof, size 36 cm x 26 cm x 13 cm,color red &white, front toughened glass fitted , Multicompartment 4-shelf with security lock on door for safety including basic necessary medicines for First aid complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Dos and Donts chart (Language: English-Hindi Combined) as per sample provided on acrylic sheet of size 50 cm x 70 cm duly marked permanent marking including 12mm thick plywood frame, clamps for fixing on wall etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of RCC over head tanks of capacity 10000 gallon (installed on stagging) comprising of the following operations :- (a) Dewatering of the tank shall be carried with gravitational flow. (b) Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with suitable sludge removal pump. (c) Cleaning of internal walls, floor, ceiling of tank shall be carried outand ensure that no dirt, algae or mass remain on surface of tank. (d) Remaining sludge shall be removed from the floor completely. (e) Tank shall be sterilized by spraying anti bacterial agent . (f) Date of cleaning and capacity of tank will be written on OHT with synthetic enamal paint. Note: All T&P and safety precautions required shall be provide by the contractor and cost shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as per item above here-in-before but 15000 gallon capacity.

All as per item above here-in-before but 100000 gallon capacity.

M&L for painting on CI/DI/GI pipes,sluice valves and ladders fitted to OH reservours of different capacity having staging upto 18 m for supply, distribution, rising, washout etc with two coats of synthetic enemel paint over coat of red oxide primer as per color code provided by department, including marking arrow as directed in white color including scraping of old paint from surface and removing all fly/honey bee/insects etc from OHT (if required) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Development of tube well by air compresser of capacity upto 500 PSI till sand/mud free clean water of potable quality is obtained complete as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate qouted under this item shall be deemed to be inclusive of transportation of tools and equipments as required to the site of work and removing the same after completion of work.

Development of tube well by over pumping the well at higher capacity not less 25% extra above the yield of well using suitable size OP unit for subsequent hours until clear discharge obtained complete all as specified and directed.
