Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint Silicone additives of required shadeOld work (one or more applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm) DSR 13.112.2

Providing and fixing glass panes with puffy and flazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with 4.0mm thick glass panes DSR 10.30.1

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 2omm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under,inculding cutting the patch in proper shapes,racking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete,inculding disposal of rubbish to the the ground ,all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. with cement motar 1:4(1 cement :4 sand)DSR14.1.1

Cleaning of terrazo/ kota/ mosaic/red sand stone floors and skirting with tatric acid and polishing the floor with wax include machine charge complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge
