Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and above plinth level :-Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

40mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone and curing complete. Red sand stone

Providing and fixing UV stabilized fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/ bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% Ultra-violet stabilizer in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured.
