NALI CROSS AND DRAIN REPAIR WORK UNDER ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT IN JHOTWARA ZONE.

(4.10.1.1) Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt,clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.Depth upto 1.5 m

(2.4.2) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

(1.1.3) Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading,unloading and stacking ::Stone,boulders,gravelly material Beyond rate of lead upto 5 km.

(21.1.7) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

(12.4.3) Providing and laying Precast reinforced cement concrete Box culvert section of M-40 grade designed for 'AA' class loading as per IRC specifications including the effect of impact, EQ etc. complete on firm base of 200mm thick lean concrete of M-10 grade with aggregate of size 40mm nominal of following internal sizes. The work includes required safety measures, construction of drain for diversion of flowing water, cost of design of RCC Precast Box and its proof checking from IIT/MNIT Jaipur etc. complete in all respect as per specifications Size 1.00 M x 1.00 M

(25.1.2) Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

(26.23) Providing & fixing precast cement concrete coping 1 : 2 :4 mix 50mm thick complete as per specification

(9.5.1) Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix With Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures (if required) as approved, curing compound,finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. (32.3.2) Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

(12.6) Providing and fixing of reinforced Ferro-Cement drain covers designed for 'AA' class loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 150mm anti corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate , Rim and M.S. lifting hooks, Admixtures like plasticizer, bond improving compound, shrinkage, resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc.

(12.6.1) Standard Size 600x800mm (75mm thick) for span 300 to 450mm

(12.6.2) Standard Size 1000x800mm (100mm thick) for span 451 to 700mm

(12.6.3) Standard Size 1500x600mm (125mm thick) for span 701 to 1200mm

(12.6.4) Standard Size 2100x500mm (150mm thick) for span 1201 to 1500mm

(32.9) Neat cement punning

(22.1.1) Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories or height upto 7.5 metre above plinth level including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

(23.19.6) Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

(29.26.2) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

(10.5.2) Painting two coats on specified surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade, after thorough cleaning and necessary filling to give even shade as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour.On steel surface

(12.7.2) Providing and fixing stone slab covering of required size over drains including filling of joints with cement sand mortar 1:3 complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Average thickness 40 to 50 mm
