Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer at site by centifugal dehydration machine till to achieve min Di-electric strength 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : -(i) Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost of Govt (ii) Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge at his own expenses.

Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (Latest revision) for transformers installed at various site or in repair for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge, Container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of conract.

Supply and fixing in replacement for non-metal part HV bushing complete with packing for outdoor/indoor/canopy type power transformer (33 /11 kV) of capacity 1000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT, brass bush rod of suitable size for outdoor type power transformer (33 /11 kV) of capacity 1000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement for non-metal part HV bushing complete with packing for outdoor/indoor/canopy type distribution transformer (11 /0.433 kV)of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT, brass bush rod of suitable size for indoor type distribution transformer (11 /0.433 kV) of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of breather transparent type suitable for step down distribution transformers of capacity of 1000 KVA with silica jel complete all as per specification and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or fixed on wall with porcelain insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm GI strip complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, not exceedings 1.5 Meters in width and not excedings 1.5 Meters in depth for laying of electrical cables etc and getting out including forming bottom surface and sides all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in Charge.

Returning filling-in, of soft/ loose soils, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus excavated material (Soil) not exceeding 50 Meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Meters above the starting point all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for sand filling with clean, dry and sieved fine sand, unwashed including gently pruning around cables , after the cables are laid, in trenches for cable protection all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness of compacted sand of 18 cm shall be considered for measurement and payment purpose.

Supplying and laying old size bricks Kiln brunt ,neatly laid adjacent to each other with axis of bricks perpendicular to the axis of cable for cable protection all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under roads / pavements / hard standing by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm diameter suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure

Supply, laying & fixing galvanized steel tubing 150 mm bore "light grade" with GI fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including FI (25 mm x 6 mm ) clamps as required for cable protection all as specified & directed by EIC.

Dismantling & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, laying in trenches or passing through pipes, ducts or drawn across roads/paths/drains of fixed along poles/walls/floor etc, including connecting up, testing and commissioning of Cross Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, Screened, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable , heavy duty, with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core suitable for 11 KV earthed systemcomplete all as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 19,930.00
