Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (3rd Corrigenda) (i) With 1:4 cement mortar (c) 15 mm thick plaster

Panel shutters of door and window, as per design (each panel consisting of single plank without joint), including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge and other fittings. In ground floor. (In case of non-supply of single plank, penal rate of reduction of 20% will be made) (ii) 40mm thick shutters with 19mm thick panel of size 30 to 45 cm(b) Sishu, Gamar, Champ, Badam, Bhola, Mogra, Hallak.

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification. In Ground floor: (iii) Two coats.

Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank, drain and compound including cutting, loading, unloading to and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing the same to any distance.

Supplying and fixing Sheet steel Main Switches on flat iron frame on wall. 30/32 A (Standard) 30/32 A

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded (FR) PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand Approved by EIC) of the following size in the prelaid Polythene pipe and by the prelaid G.I. fishy wire and making necy. Connection as required. 4X 36/0.3 (2.5 sq. mm.).

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2X22/0.3(1.5sq mm) single core stranded ‘FR’ PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (precision make) with 1X22/0.3(1.5 sq mm) single core stranded ‘FR’ PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, incl. Necy PVC clips. Fitting pipe etc. to light/fan/call bell point with piano key type switch (Anchor make) fixed on sheet steel fabricated switch board with Perspex/Bakelite top cover on wall incl. Necy. Connection and mending good damages to building works. (PVC casing-capping and switch board both on Surface). Average run 6mtr.

Distn. wiring in 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythen pipe complete with all accessories embedded in wall to 240 V 5A 3 pin plug point incl. S&F 240 V 5A 3 pin flush type plug socket & piano key type switch (Anchor make) incl. S&F earth continuity wire, fixed on sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board with bakelite/perspex (wall matching colour) top cover (3 mm thick) flushed in wall incl. mending good damages to original finish (a) 2x22/0.3 (Ph. & N) and 1x22/0.3 as ECC (i) On Board
