Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr in wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of under ground cable, pipes etc., and getting out in Hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed..

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling approved river sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and Lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV, type-I, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. The make and type of class of PCC certificates shall be submit to AO before porcurement of the PCC covers.

Supply, laying in trenches /ducts/fixing on pole/STR with suitable size of GI clamps made out of GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm, XLPE insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 x 95 sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 11 KV (E) grade as per relevent IS : 7098(Part-1) 1988 and 1985 (part-2) including latest amendment for IS (ISI marked cable) testing, commissionong along withS&F HT cable route indicator at every 100mtrs with suitable foundation complete all as specified and directed including taking out of old burnt out cable alongwith cable covers. Note:- (a) Earth work, EHV cable cover, sand coushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (b) High voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above. (c) The make of cable shall be approved by AO and the AO shall be detail technical officer to carryout pre inspection of cable at factory premises before dispatch of cable. (d) The testing of cable shall be arranged by contractor and testing cost deemed in quoted rates.

S&F cable route indicator for HT UG cable shall be made of cost iron of size 150 mm dia 8 mm thick and embossed 5mm thick arrow markt and HT 11 KV with cast iron on route indicator including angle iron of size 75x75x6mm thick 90 cm long shall be fix PCC 1:3:6 with 20 mm aggregate concrete block below ground level of size 400x300x500mm. The route indicator shall be welded on MS angle including Red paint over on red oxide paint and including Red paint over on red oxide paint and including excavation /revoval and return filling and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 100 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as directed.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L boring horizontally holes under road below 1.5m from the road/hard surface by trenchless technology and including necessary machine without damaging the existing road and getting out in anmy typeof soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work including supply and lay 150mm dia HDPE Pipe completed and as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old ACSR Conductor of any size from existing HT/LT over head lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old Steel tubular swaged pole/ PCC pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old GI Wire of any size from existing HT/LT over head lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. Channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, test, install & commissioning of HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch triple pole mechanically operated suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting(suitable for existing one) on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 400 Amps and connecting up with jumpers, testing and commissioning including dismantling/disconnecting & taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as directed. Make : Rashtriya electrical, Jaipuria brother, Alstom and National switchgears

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1,using (20mm graded stone aggregate),"mild steel angle iron frame" made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering 40mm dia light grade, GI pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical "plate No '3' and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or fixed to pole GI strip 32 x 6 mm all as specified and directed.
