Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for .

M&L for Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in drain cover slab including necessary form work set in CM 1:4 complete. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F framed work such as grills grating etc confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2 of 600mm bore laid and jointed complete with collars including demolition of old one all as specified and directed

M&L extra for framing fair finished drain or channel upto 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms,moulds,mitred/ stopped ends etc.

Cutting small plants,shrubs, grass and vegetation etc, along the percolation tank, semi under ground tank, UG sump etc, and stacking into heaps and removing off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the sides of drain by removing all vegetation, roots, shrubs etc, and removing the spoil to a distance exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint laid in trenches or in floors/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick /stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry and pointed all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble,uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 15 above but except stone in CM 1:6.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Cement concrete (Un reinforced).

M&L for Hardcore of broken boulders of gauge n exc.63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path, hardstanding etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching and similar works including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as directed

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor .

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in window or door cills,lintels,bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones/Kerb Stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM 1:4 .

Dismantling fencing wiremesh ,barbed wire any type all as specified.

S&F PVC coated chain link MS galvanised fencing including line wires, 3.80mm dia wire and 50x50mm pitch, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm, diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel deformed bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified .

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in Concrete,brick work,masonry ,etc any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

S&F Rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independantly, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation.

M&L for rubber moulded Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x25mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with grey pigment cement and pigments all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic heavy duty industrial tiles of size 400x400x10mm to 12mm thick in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls, any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster .

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil as in foundation of manholes and drain line complete all as specified.

M&L for returning,filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

S&F 25mm thick HDCP paver tiles of size 175 x 150 x25mm, anti skidding design, 0.75mm anti theft 2 lock each side,back side grooves/grip - 21/18 grooves, deep heat and corrosion resistant, anti static, anti skidding, acid proof, waste plastic polymer with fillers and fly ash interlocking paver tile having 40 MT average compressive strength including filling the inside of paver tile with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.
