Welding to be carried out and then scratching the paint with scraper and smoothening welding spots, complete all as specified and as directed.

Scratching of old paint and re-painting the chairs with one coat of paint white enameled, complete all as specified and as directed. Make of paint Nrolac/Asian/Berger.

Supply and fixing of 19mm, 16 gauge conduit pipe to be provided in between of legs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Recanning of Chair Verandah with 4mm wide cane plastic half round Make : Primer/ Shah brand/ Super bazar, complete all as specified, as directed and as shown on Drg No. FD-19 M).

Repair and Replacement of following components of Table Office Offrs steel (FD-1003):-

Provn and fixing of top of MDF board 18mm thick duly beaded 4mm thick of teak wood all around and as per drg. Make : Bhutan/ Ecco/ Deco/ Novapan/ Action Tesa.

Provn of replacement of drawers of table wherever necessary as specified.

Provn and fixing of rubber shoes to the bottom of legs of the table office Offrs steel as approved.

S&F handle of drawer table office Offrs steel, complete all as specified and as approved.

Scratching of old paint and removing of foreign elements and supply putty, re-painting the whole table with one coat of OG paint over a coat of primer including preparation. Make of paint Nrolac/ Asian/ Berger.

Chair Writing (FD/E6/Map/12):-

Repair and replacement MS tubular frame made out of 25mm x 10mm as shown on drg.

Repair and replacement of One piece Armrest made of black integral skin Polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness & reinforced with ms insert it shall be scratch and wheather resistant both hand-rest sections to have slope towards fornt all shown as per drg.

Repair and replacement of back of chair writing with polyurethane foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be upholstered with tepastary cloth of rate not less than Rs 300 and all as shown on drg.

Repair and replacement of seat of chair writing with polyurethane foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be upholstered with tepastary cloth of rate not less than Rs 300 and all as shown on drg.

Table Bed Side (FD/E6/MAP/15 'R')

Repair / Replacement of frame shall be 18mm square ms pipe of wall thickness 18 guage (500mm front & 600mm back frame)

Repair/ replacement Side of table bed side shall be 18mm thick MDF board with PVC edging as per drg.

Repair/ replacement Top of table bed side shall be 18mm thick MDF board with PVC edging as per drg.

Repair/ replacement of 6mm thick ply wood commercial shall on back of table bed side all as shown on drg.

Replacement 100mm 'D' Squared stainless steel handle with new 100mm 'D' Square stainless steel handle as per drg.

Replacement of unserviceable drawer with New drawer of MDF board front and inside with 12mm thick plywood commercial size all as shown on drg

CHARPOY GI PIPE : FD-220 :

Dismantling of old unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail of GI tubing 32mm Bore medium grade ISI marked duly threaded at both ends as per drawing. Make : TATA/ JINDAL/ PRAKASH SURYA.

All as per ser Item No 5 here-in-before but Cutting and threading of old unserviceable long rail retrieved from item No. 5.01 above and converted into two short rails.

All as per ser Item No 5 here-in-before but Cutting and threading of old unserviceable short rails retrieved from item No. 5.02 above and converted into two leg. One end threaded and other end provided with 40mm dia 3mm thick MS sheet by continuous welding. MNF clamp shall be provided by welding as specified in drawing and painted with black enameled paint.

All as per ser Item No 5 here-in-before but Removing of old unserviceable 3 way elbow and supply and fixing of new 3 way elbow GI 32mm bore ISI Marked weight not less than 400 gram each.

All as per ser Item No 5 here-in-before but Removing of old unserviceable Nylon Newar/ plywood from charpoy GI pipe and supply & fixing 12mm thick, BWR grade (Make-Century ply"'Sainik 710/ Greenply" Green gold"/ Archidply" Platinum") 7ply type BB, plywood commercial 7`x3` size on top of charpoy GI pipe and fixed with appropriate size nut & bolts with double washers. One centre stiffner of flat iron 40mmx 6mmx 900mm long shall be welded to long rails. 08 Nos hole shall be provided by drilling to frame of charpoy GI pipe all as directed. Provn and replacement of locks MS 7 lever brass fixed with nuts and bolts with duplicate keys of approved quality (As per sample kept in B/S Yard). Make : Harison/ Godrej/ Rina

Taking down old unserviceable legs from almirah large steel and S&F of new legs as per drg.

Provn and replacing of handles chromium plated of approved quality.

Provn and replacing of bar round 8mm dia which is operating three way locking system, complete all as specified and as directed.

Provn and fixing of clips with screws to the shelf wherever required and specified.

Spray painting to Almirah large steel with Ist quality synthetic enameled OG paint one coat from out side and one coat from inside including removing of dents, proper aligment, wedlding where necessary filling putty and smoothing of surfaces, complete all as spfd and as directed. Make of paint Nrolac/ Asian/ Berger.

Repair and painting of Almirah steel small/medium with duplicate keys (Drg No.67 M, FD-243, FD-340, FD-350, FD-1032):-

Provn and replacement of locks MS 7 lever brass with 2 keys to be fixed with nuts and bolts of approved quality. Make : Harison/ Godrej/ Rina

Provn and replacing of handles chromium plated of approved quality and as per drg. (As per sample kept in B/S Yard).

Taking down old unserviceable legs from almirah small/ medium steel and S&F of new legs as per drg.

Provn and replacement of Bar Round 8mm dia which is operating three way locking system, complete all as spfd and as directed.

Provn and fixing of clips with screws to the shelf wherever required and specified.

Spray painting to Almirah medium steel with Ist quality synthetic enameled paint two costs from out side and one coat from inside including removing of dents, proper aligment, wedlding where necessary filling putty and smoothing of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed. LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL-FD-257& FD-1029 Repair and replacement of old unserviceable components of locker bed side steel:-

Taking down old unserviceable legs from locker bed side steel and S&F of new legs as per drg.

Taking down old unserviceable CP hasp & staple and S&F new CP hasp & staple of size 75mmx 40mmx 3mm.

Taking down old unserviceable CP handle 100mm long and S&F new CP handle as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable CP tower bolt and supply & fixing of new CP tower bolts of size 50mm long as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable butt hinges & supply & fixing of new butt hinges of size 75mm long as directed.

Scrubbing old paint from locker bed side steel as required and denting as and where required applying putty to get steel surfaces smooth after preparation of steel surfaces painted with a coat of synthetic enamel paint OG shade all as speciified. Make of paint Nrolac/ Asian/ Berger.

Taking down old of unserveciable conduit pipe and supply and fixing new CP steel conduit pipe 20mm dia 1.6mm wall thickness with socket as per drg

Provn and fixing of top of MDF board exterior grade type-II top one side teak veneered 18mm thick duly beaded with 4mm thick teak wood all around the top of all as specified. Make : Bhutan/ Eco/ Decco/ Novapan/ Action Tesa.

Provn of replacement of drawers of table wherever necessary all as specified and shown on drg.

Provn and replacement of locks for drawers of approved quality and as directed.

Welding to be carried out wherever necessary as directed.

Repair and Replacement of following components of Table 3'x2' with Drawer steel (FD-1008):-

Supply and fixing of top of table made of MDF board (exterior grade) 18/19mm thick of teak shade, 20x4mm teak wood edging duly polished will be provided all round the top, complete all as specified in drg. Make : Novapan/ Bhutan board/ Kit Ply/ Decco.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of table 3'x2' with drawer steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel OG paint, all as specified and as directed. Make : Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger.

Supply and fixing of PVC shoes to table, all as specified and shown on drg.

Supply & fixing of lock to the drawer of table 3'x2', all as specified and as directed. Make : Godrej/ Harrison/ Ring.

Table Dining ORs 6'x2' (FD-165):-

Replacement of top of table dining ORs and providing new top made of MDF board 18/19mm thick (extrior grade)beaded with 4 mm teal wood eadging duly policed all as per specified and shown on drawing.

Welding to be carried out wherever necessary, complete all as specified and as directed.

Provn and fixing of rubber shoes to the bottom of legs of table all as per drg.

Painting of table dining OR after scratching of old paint and one coat of black paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified. Make : Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger.

Provn of 25mm, 16 gauge square pipe for the table dining ORs where required, all as specified and as directed.

Repair and Replacement of following components of Chair School (FD /E6/MAP-05).

Replacement of old UNSV top of MDF board with new top 18mm thick MDF board exterior grade BWR quality covered with PVC Edging (Hinged on right hand side) screwed to 25mm mild steel pipe inserted in 20mm dia rod . Welded to frame legs, size and shape shown all as per drg.

Replacement of old UNSV seat and back with new seat and back in one piece made out of PVC (Make : Supreme/ Cello/ National) and all as shown on drg.

Scratching of old paint and re-painting the chair with one coat of paint black all as specified and as directed. Make : of paint Nerolac/ Asian/ Berger

Replacement of 1250 volt 230AC/DC twin tublar element, charging the multistage rotary switch for head control, overhouling of heating chamber insulating and including replacement of wool glass, replacing of moveable of refrigerator type racks, replacement of indicator switch piano type 15 Amp, replacement of indicator socket 15 Amp, complete rewiring, removing dents of trolley vessels and repolshing giving true finish and replacment of heavy ball bearing 200mm dia.

Removing of unserviceable cushion seat, Padded Back with upholestered Leather/Tapestry Cloth, Padded cushion of Arms and providing New material in superior quality and repair/removing of unsv parts of titting Mechanisam with wheel system and providing in serviceable condition duly repaired in all respect as directed.
