ICHP- Attending routine electrical maintenance works in LT modules, LT Motors, LT Breakers etc., of various capacity Transformers, Travelling Trippers and Trash Screen at JT-3 etc., related to Station A conveyor system.

30 KW and above 30 KW LT module :Charges for the following work in One LT Module: Rack out the LT modules from the panel (Range 30 KW,37 KW, 55 KW,90 KW, 110 KW), removing from its position, removal of dust by blower/Vacuum cleaner, removing the contactors cover, removal of carbon dust over the electrical components such as power contactors, auxiliary contactors, fuse switches, control fuse holder, control transformer ,power and control wiring etc, by using blower/cleaning brush. Removing the power contactor arc chute, auxiliary contactor top cover and cleaning the carbon deposition over the moving and fixed contacts, metering CTs, by molykote, tightness checking of all bolt and nuts, power & control wiring with components, reassembling the LT modules. After completion of work, check the IR value of the wiring and racked inside the LT modules for the conveyors 27A&B, 26A&B, 25A&B, 24A&B, 28A, 36A&B and Trash Screen at JT–3 - 13 Nos., including assistance for shift operator round the clock in shift duty in location at CHS I & II. (Each module should be cleaned twice in a month)

30 KW and above 30KW LT Motors : Charges for the following work in One LT Motor - Removing of terminal cover, cleaning of motor and terminal box by blower, tightness checking of all three phases bus bars and end terminals, applying of bearing grease and checking of bearings. After completion of work, meggering of the motor winding, checking of the motor, trial run with load.(For Conveyor-27A&B, 26A&B, 25A&B, 24A&B, 28A&B,22,23,36A&B and Trash Screen at JT-3-16 Nos.(Each Motors should be cleaned twice in a month)

LT BreakersCharges for the following work in One LT Breaker- Rack out the LT Breakers 415V range from the panel, removing from its position, removal of dust by vacuum cleaner/ blower, removing the arc chute cover, removal of carbon deposits in all electrical components, moving and fixed contacts, Protection CTs by molykote, tightness checking of all bolt and nuts, internal wiring with components, lubricating the breaker mechanism, reassembling the LT Breakers. After completion of work, racked inside the LT Breakers in the panel and put in service position and check the healthiness of the Breakers and operating conditions. (For Incomer Bus IA, IB, IIA, IIB, Bus Coupler – 2Nos., Conveyor-22, Conveyor-23 and Conveyor-28B)- 9 Nos. (Each Breakers should be cleaned twice in a month).

Transformers:Charges for the following work in one No Transformer- Removal of carbon dust from the outer surfaces between (3 phase, 6.6KV/433V,AC) transformer body and cooling fins by blower/ vacuum cleaner, cleaning of earth resistance box and bucholz relay, winding temperature indicator terminals and earth pit condition etc.

Travelling TrippersCharges for the following in One Travelling Tripper - Removal of dust from the Travelling tripper and traveling tripper panel board 3 phase, 415V AC / 230V AC and 3 phase, 415V AC /110V AC control transformer by using of blower , cleaning of auxiliary contactors and all other electrical components in travelling tripper panel by Molykote, cleaning of tripper motor, cable reeling drum motor by blower , Cleaning and checking of tripper Brake shoe, checking of tripper cable healthiness and servicing of over load relays and auxiliary contactors for Conveyors 27A&B - 2Nos (Each Travelling Trippers should be cleaned twice in a month)

Charges for assisting the following works at SS-IFollow the instruction of SS III operator, switch ON & OFF the module at SS I. Rack in & Rack out of LT Breakers and modules for the purpose of issuing line clear. Attending Zero speed, pull chord and L/R switch in conveyor25 A&B, 26 A&B ,27 A&B. Attending any Electrical Problem occurred in tipper 27 A&B. Taking winding and oil temperature reading at SS I transformer 1A & 1B and watching of oil level. watching the temperature of motors of 27 A&B, 26A&B, 25A&B.
