Boom should be made of white painted aluminum alloy finished with powder coating with bright red reflective tape strips in order to be visible even at night having section of 100 mm. x 40 mm and supported on rest post. 2. Height of boom from ground should be 700-1000 mm 3. Opening & closing time should be 3 to 8 second 4. The control unit should be housed in weather proof housing made with 2mm cold roll steel sheet with IP 54/IP 55 Protection. 5. Control Unit should be Microcontroller/PLC based. 6. Its Operation should Stand along with push button switch & wireless remote control and can also shall be integrated with access control, RFID readers, tyre killers, road blockers, bollards etc. 7. Operating temperature must be in the range of -20 to +55 degree C 8. Optical beam sensor/photo cell should be provided to prevent barrier from closing on the vehicles. 9. Smooth operation of boom barrier while open and close without bounce/ jerks at end positions. It shall permit short opening & closing without barrier boom bouncing in the end positions. The lever docks the barrier boom at both end positions. 10. On power failure, barrier can be raised or lowered by releasing the boom dock with key type mechanism. 11. It should have a durable motor for long lasting purpose and generate approx 200 Nm torque. 12. Blinker should be integrated at the frame. (Civil works like flooring, Finishing etc. as per OEM standards included)
