Attending the operation work (3 Shifts) for the ESP hoppers, evacuation pipe lines, and dome valve replacing & reconditioning works in ESP, maintenance of complete vacuum circuit to ensure 200 mm of Hg of line vacuum in all the rows of ESP passes, APH & duct hoppers ensuring free and continuous flow of fly ash from ESP Hoppers to fly ash buffer hopper, clearing of air pre heater hoppers and ensuring free and continuous flow of ash from APH Duct Hopper to fly ash buffer hopper to D-pumps, Dome valves and gate valves, TAC, Vacuum Pump, CAC, MRC, IAC compressors after cooler, drier, receivers and its connected air line and water lines up to D-Pumps, EOT crane & PLC Operation for one operation.

Operation of all the existing screw conveyor and its valves & emergency unloading knife edge gate valves for removing excess ash from the ESP hoppers either to floor area (or) to trucks.

Routine Maintenance of all equipments in evacuation system of ESP A, B, C & D passes, APH & Duct hoppers area & Fly ash, Bottom Ash D-pumps, its related evacuating, conveying and instrument air lines and its connected air devices area of Mechanical portion by carrying-out the works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including hire charges for T&P required and Personal protective equipment, consumables and all labour charges etc., complete

Attending the preventive maintenance works for the IACs, CACs, MRACs and Transport Air Compressors in co-ordination with the OEM service personnel along with AMC and the TANGEDCO, special maintenance of Oil coolers, inter coolers, after coolers, Air & Oil filters of these compressors its connected water lines and air lines and carrying out the specific works of compressor maintenance as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including hire charges for T&P required and Personal protective equipment, consumables, OEM technician charges and all labour charges etc., complete.

Opening the manhole of the Bag filter unit in Fly ash Buffer hopper after due isolation, and after sufficient cooling dismantling air purging line, removal of all the Bag filters one by one, bringing the Bag filter outside the housing, cleaning with compressed air, checking of bag filter/cage any damage or in the cage and refitting all the bag filters in position, and closing the man hole Including hire charges T&P required, consumables and all labour charges etc.,

Clearing of ash chock in ESP Hoppers/APH hoppers, Evacuation pipe lines. This work involves dismantling of dome valves, spool piece, and poking with pipe for clearing the ash and then reassembling of plate valve and dome valve etc., including T&P’s consumables and labour charges etc.,

Removing the 250 NB & 300 NB dome valves from the line, dismantling the valves, Inspection of seal & other parts, reconditioning & replacing of wornout seal & Other parts if necessary, reassembling the valve and fixing with line in proper manner including hire charges for T&P required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Removing the 100 NB & 150 NB dome valves from the line, dismantling the valves, inspection of seal & other parts, reconditioning & replacing of worn-out seal & other parts if necessary, reassembling the valve and fixing with line in proper manner including hire charges for T&P required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Opening the screw conveyor top cover plates, dismantling, cleaning the screw conveyor shaft from the screw conveyor assembly, inspection of plummer block bearings, renewal of worn out parts of gun metal bush, hanger bolt with Top clamp & bottom clamp, bearings, gland ropes etc., finally reassembling to the screw conveyor assembly.
