Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer-in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling any floor/height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation.

(a) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto any thickness in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(b) Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) Partition and the like including attached pilasters thickness in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(c) Side and soffit of beam, beam haunching, cantilever, girders, bressumers and lintel not exceeding 1m in depth in all heights from floor for floor all levels in all heights.

(d) Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landings in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(e) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls up to any width in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanical mix by concrete mixer and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 25mm (Twenty five millimeter) nominal size) mechanical mix by concrete mixer and compacting with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement: two sand : four crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanical mix by concrete mixer and compacting with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of material materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 (One cement: two sand : four crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanical mix by concrete mixer and compacted with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(i) In foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

(ii) Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 (zero point ten) metre thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. in Super-structure for all floors in all heights.

(iii) In suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers in superstructure in all floors in all heights.

(iv) Stair cases (except spiral stair case) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing in superstructure in all floors in all heights.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand : three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work in Super-structure for all floor in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure for all floor in all heights (2nd class Bricks) in cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement: six sand) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in super structure for all floors in all heights in Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement : four sand) First Class Bricks, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts

Providing and laying Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints in:- Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in super structure above plinth in all floor levels including raking out joints in:- Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) including curing complete and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position. 2nd class Deodar wood in super structure for all floors, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in trusses, purlins, rafters, posts, post plates, wall plates and the like wrought framed, hoisted and fixed in position.2nd class deodar wood, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelled ,glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm.(forty millimeters) thick, 2nd class deodar wood in super structure for all floor, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters decorative type core of block board construction with frames of first class deodar wood and well matched first class Indian teak plyveneering with vertical grains or cross bends and face vencering on both faces of shutter in super structure for all floor:- 40mm (Forty millimeter) thick including black enameled M.S. butt hinges, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm (Forty millimeter) thick battened and framed door shutters including bright finished or and black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws. 1st class Deodar wood in super structure for all floor, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm (Zero point fifty six millimeter) for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm (Forty millimeter) thick. 2nd class deodar wood in super structure for all floor, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm (Nineteen millimeter) thick water proof commercial board in Shelves/Box for cupboard with butt joints & fixing with nails & screws etc. complete in wood in Super-structure for all floor, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1.00mm (One millimeter) thick coloured or plain lamination sheet (sunmica) on boards/ply wood sheets with approved adhesive and nails etc complete in super structure for all floor, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain asbestos cement sheet ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) 6 mm (Six millimeter) thick, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wooden plank ceiling with tongued and grooved jointing and wood screws ( frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) 1st class deodar wood. 25mm (Twenty five millimeter) thick, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing partical board ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nail (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately. Particle board (bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade) 8mm (Eight millimeter) thick, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20 mm × 10 mm × 2mm (Twenty millimeter into ten millimeter into two millimeter) and braced with flat iron diagonals 20 mm × 5 mm (Twenty millimeter into five millimeter) size with top and bottom rails of T. iron 40mm × 40 mm × 6 mm (Forty millimeter into forty millimeter into six millimeter) with 38 mm (Thirty eight millimeter) dia steel pulley complete with bolts and nuts locking arrangements, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of red lead paint, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm. (Fifty millimeter) dia welded in straight length over M.S. flat at top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat and balustor of railings shall be measured and paid separately) in Super-strcture for all floors, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Bombay pipe railing for all floors, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing MS hollow square pipe for stairs, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enemel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt , dust and other foreign matters with enamel paint other than white in Super-structure for all floor, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting complete ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink in Super-structure for all floor, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand preparing and stoping :- With enamel paint other than white, i including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6mm (Six millimeters) cement plaster to ceiling 1:3 (one cement :three sand) in Super-structure for all floors level, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 15mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) in Super-structure for all floors in all heights, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 15mm (Fifteen millimeter)cement plaster in single coat, on rough side of brick/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth in Super-structure for all floors in all heights in Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement : four sand) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20mm.
