Repair to 50 HP three phase induction motor no. 02 at LIS Kathar.The job involves decoupling the motor from the HC pump and unfastening the foundation nuts and bolts by using suitable tools and tackles and labour. Lifting the motor out of pump house by using manual labour. Loading the motor in the vehicle and shifting the motor to the workshop . Unloading of the motor in the workshop .The job further involves dismantling of end covers, extraction of rotor from motor. Extraction of damaged winding from the stator. Cleaning of stator with compressed air and requisite chemical cleanser/CCL4. Complete rewinding by way of providing and fitting of new good quality winding wire of gauge and size (as per old sample) in the stator together with replacement of damaged /worn out wedges/strips and p/f of f-class insulation, Application of superior quality varnish (Red Becktol etc.) by spray impregnation process and drying the stator winding with hot air circulation process and thereafter checking the IR value. Re-assembling the motor after greasing. Shifting the motor to LIS . Fitting of the motor over the base frame by providing / fitting of nut bolts, washers etc., making of electrical connections, replacing worn out nuts, bolts for the electrical connection. Alignment & coupling with pump .Complete testing of the pumping unit. Job includes cost of all material, transportation charges, head load and labour charges for skilled / semi skilled labour, hire charges for tools & tackles at the LIS. Complete Job
Repairs to 250 mm foot valve assembly of pumping unit no.02 installed at LIS Kathar. The job involves disconnecting / dismantling of the foot valve assembly from the suction pipe by deploying manual labour and allied tools & tackles. Shifting / transporting to the workshop. Cleaning by washing with water to make the foot valves completely silt free. After drying them completely. Dismantling of damaged foot valve mechanism. Fabrication of new flap plate as per the sample Providing / fitting of new leather washer cut as per size of the flap plate. Reassembling the foot valve and transporting back to the installation site at LIS. Fitting the valves to the respective suction line with replacement of damaged rubber gaskets of flanged joints and worn-out nuts, bolts etc. Complete job including cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges and hire charges for tools & tackles. Replacement of 95 sq mm and 240 sq mm overheated/damaged aluminium cable at LIS Meeni. The job involves disconnecting the power supply and thereafter disconnecting of burnt/damaged aluminum cable from the transformer to main switch and from main switch to motor by using skilled labour and suitable tool/tackles. The job includes replacement of overheated aluminum cable by providing/laying of new 95 sq mm aluminum single core cable ( 45 mtr. Approx.) and 240 sq mm aluminum 3.5 core cable (30 mtr) of any reputed manufacture like Havells, Polycab etc conforming to relevant ISO/ISI standards. The job also involves connecting the new cable at both ends by using aluminum connectors of suitable size properly crimped, patch roll and taped . Complete job includes the cost of cable, thimbles and allied material, transportation charges, fitting and skilled labour charges at the site of LIS Complete Job
Repairs to 100 KVA voltage stabilizer at LIS Meeni . The job involves disconnecting of the Voltage stabilizer from the main power supply (Incoming and Outgoing cables). Loading the voltage stabilizer in the vehicle by using crane and suitable tools and tackle and shifting the voltage stabilizer to workshop. Opening and removing of the panel, loosening /dismantling of the top cover, nut and bolts. Lifting of inside transformer assembly with the chain pulley block for extraction of the complete unit. Dismantling/Extraction of the coils. Thereafter dismantling of the core assembly and extraction of the all burnt copper wire with the help of manual labour and suitable tools/tackles. Rewinding of Aluminum wire of the superior quality and then complete insulating and varnishing of coils. Assembling of the coils to make it a complete unit. Replacement of the rotor switch (3 no.) by way of p/f of new components, replacing all the damaged /burnt components. Filling of 250 litre T.oil in stablizer after heating of the T.oil. Reinstallation of the stabilizer frame with transformer assembly. Lowering of complete unit in tank after p/f of shock proof gasket and body with nuts/bolts. Shifting the voltage stabilizer to LIS and unloading of the voltage stabilizer at site by using crane Connecting power cables by p/f of new thimbles of the requisite capacity and testing on load . Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges, hiring charges of tools/tackles required at site. Complete Job.
