Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and Lab cum office building including doors, windows and fittings with toilet block including all Sanitary fittings etc. at MPS and STP site covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flooring, powder coated aluminium frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobain/ Modi Float.. Covered Area (100 sqm). 1 x 12500 = 12500 per sqm including OandM complete in Description.

SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT (5.00 MLD) Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 5.00 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping, MCC Panel Room, all other contingent ie. Electrical, Mechanical, Piping and Instrumentation work with PLC and SCADA arrangement for STP integrated with MPS-1, MPS-2 and MPS at STP including furniture and laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and following components including OandM during Defect liability period of 12 months after trial run period of 3 months and 5 years thereafter. Supply and installation 2 Nos. fine Screens of suitable size for 5.50 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3 including OandM during Defect liability period of 12 months after trial run period of 3 months and 5 years thereafter. 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole, 20 no. LED outdoor light with 7 m. high GI pole along road / path including all accessories complete in all respect including OandM during Defect liability period of 12 months after trial run period of 3 months and 5 years thereafter. Supply and installation of 1 No. 3.65 m wide Main Gate of MS and 1.25 m. wide wicket gate at STPto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Total weight not less than 500 kg) including OandM during Defect liability period of 12 months after trial run period of 3 months and 5 years thereafter. Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1Working plus 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentation, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect including packing dry sludge in 20 Kg. bag and supplying the same in market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charge within the lead as pointed at clause 4.4.4 of the DNIT including OandM during Defect liability period of 12 months after trial run period of 3 months and 5 years thereafter.

MAIN PUMPING STATIONS Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of MPS and following components including OandM for 5 years after one year defect liability period and 3 month trial run period:- RCC Inlet chamber, Screen Chamber, rectangular collecting tank suitable for 5.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 2.25 landscaping of the campus providing and installing of 5 No. Pumping Set of i.e. 2 no. 3475 LPM 25 mtr head, 1 no. 7875 LPM 25 mtr head and 2 no. 1736 LPM 25 mtr head with suitable LT panel equipped with all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable form LT panel to pump sets complete in all respect. ii) (2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr. GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 MM, B= 200 MM, Base Plate-320x320x20mm), window at 500 mm from Base Plate) 12 Nos. Providing and fixing of Solar light 30 watt with dark and motion sensor, 2 level intelligent dimming after 3 and 6 hours of operation, IEC certified solar panel, LM80 certified LED, IP 65 complaint design to protect from rain and dust and UL certified lituimion battery with 2 year system warranty of 6 Mtr. GI pole complete in all respect, along the road and path complete in all respect. iii) Supply and installation of 1 No. Main Gate of (MS) 12 ft. wide main gate and 4 ft. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg at STP site. As per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. iv) 3 Nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 nos. for screen and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design. v) Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical course screens of minimum length 6 mtr for 5.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 2.25 :- i) The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in this scope of work. ii) All the infrastructure except construction of staff quarter, and path ways/ roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump-sump job. iii) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural/ Hydraulic / Mechanical/ Electrical design to be approved by Departmental before actual execution of work including OandM of 5 years after 12 months defect liability and 3 months trail run period
