Designing, Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Invertor type modular top/bottom discharge evaporative air cooler of make symphony, greencon or equivalent on the roof of Second floor of MPPTCL administrative Complex Building, Govindpura Bhopal including axial flow fans fan motors, water pump, cellulose pads, supporting body and frame made of polypropelene, internal water distribution and accessories to handle required system within the unit, auto drain valve, fresh water float valve, temperature and humidity set function with remote and wall controller etc., complete for 10000 to 12000 CFM/180 Pa (Free air delivery) as per requirement of air flow/cooling area with microprocessor controller suitable for 50 speed variation. All work must be as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate should be inclusive of all material, labour, T&P, consumables, transportation applicable taxes (Except GST which will be paid saparately) etc., all complete.

Designing, Supplying, fabricating and installing in position on Second floor roof of MPPTCL Administrative Complex Building, Govindpura, Bhopal MS Stand for machine mounting fabricated using MS Channels/Angles/flats etc., of required size and painting with redoxide or suitable steel primer and enamel paint as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rates should be inclusive of all material, labour, T&P, transportation, consumables, applicable taxes (Except GST which will be paid saparately) etc., all complete.

Designing, Supplying, installation, testing and Commissioning of factory fabricated rectangular air cooling ducts made as per SMACNA Standards with 20-24 gauge GI Sheets of make JINDAL, ESSAR, TATA, NATIONAL or equivalent at Second Floor of MPPTCL Administrative Complex Building, Govindpura, Bhopal as per requirement of air flow/cooling area and according to space available for fixing of ducts i/c making holes in walls/RCC and repairing the same in original conditions i/c all material, labour, T&P, transportation, consumables, applicable taxes (Except GST which will be paid saparately) etc., all complete, according to specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Measurement of ducting will be equal to the area of GI Sheet used: -

(a) 20 Guage, GI Sheet.

(b) 22 Guage, GI Sheet.

(c) 24 Guage, GI Sheet.

Designing, Supplying, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Canvas connection for connecting evaporative air coolers to air cooling ducts i/c all material, labour, T&P, transportation, consumables, applicable taxes (Except GST which will be paid saparately) etc., all complete, according to the specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Designing, Supplying, Installaling, Testing and Commissioning of powder coated aluminium double deflection grills/diffusers with aluminium coller dampers of required sizes i/c cost of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, consumables, applicable taxes (Except GST which will be paid saparately) etc., all complete and all as per specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Designing, Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of GI Volume Control Duct Damper to Control the air flow in desired direction i/c all material, labour, T&P, transportation, consumables, applicable taxes (Except GST which will be paid saparately) etc., all complete and all as per specifications and per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing trap door in existing false ceiling in order to facilitate the operation and maintenance of GI Duct dampers etc., i/c all material, labour, T&P, transportation, consumables, applicable taxes (Except GST which will be paid saparately) etc., all complete and all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Lining of air cooling duct by 12mm thick class-1 elastomeric nitril rubber foam of density 40-50 Kg/Cum, insulation stuck by using suitable rubber based adhesive on to a surface that must be free from oil, dirt, dust etc., upto a minimum initial distance of 1.5m i/c all material, labour, T&P, transportation, consumables, applicable taxes (Except GST which will be paid saparately) etc., all complete and all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 9mm XLPE with aluminium foil face thermal insulation on over the air cooling duct for heat insulation in order to increase the effeciency of system (As per requirement only) i/c all material, labour, T&P, transportation, consumables, applicable taxes (Except GST which will be paid saparately) etc., all complete and all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying/fixing in position armoured copper cables of Havells, Finolex or equivalent make with making connections from pannel to air coolers and main control pannel to VFD pannel or as required i/c all material, labour, T&P, transportation, consumables, applicable taxes (Except GST which will be paid saparately) etc., all complete and all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
