Providing and fixing chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes of 25 mm nominal size having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamp at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, testing of joints in external work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Construction of brick masonry manhole with old sized bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C. top slab of 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement complete as directed. SCHEDULE `A' Section-VI (PART-II) (ROAD, PATH & HARDSTANDING)

Material and labour for dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading i n uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30 complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and filling 50 mm deep PU (Polyurethane) based joints sealer of approved make for sealing of joints in roads/pavements etc complete all as specified & directed.

SCHEDULE `A' Section-XI (PART - II) (SHIFTING OF COOLING TOWER)

Disconnecting of existing cooling tower of any capacity and shifting of the same after repair, and erection, testing commissioning of cooling tower complete with all necessary structure repair work, fasteners and other required items as required for operation of AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install perforated painted with powder coating MC cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% in convenient section, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with MS suspenders including bolts & nuts painting suspenders etc as required of size 100mm widthx50mm depthx1.6mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE `A' Section-XII, (Pat-II) (LIGHTNING PROTECTION)

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25mm dia 300mm long, GI tube, having single prong at top, with 85mm dia 6mm thick GI base plate including holes etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe for mounting of air termination rod shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L for Jointing copper/GI tape (with another copper/GI tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting/nut bolting/sweating and soldering etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI strip 20mm x 3mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor with insulator complete as required (for horizontal run) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI strip 20mm x 3mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required (for vertical run) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to 1S 14930, Part Il complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench/wall, complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE `A' Section-XIII, PART-II (AIR CONDITIONING WORK)

Supply, install, testing and commissioning voltage stabilizer copper wound electronic including connection to air conditioner complete suitable for single phase input voltage working range 150-290 volts 50Hz AC with stable output of 230 volt supply with low voltage high voltage cut off & time delay arrangement of capacity 5.0 KVA output, voltmeter with suitable arrangement for fixing at wall at site complete all as specified and directed .

SCHEDULE `A' Section-XIV, (RO WATER COOLER)

Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx. storage 80 litres and nominal cooling capacity 60 litres with inbuilt stabilizer and inbuilt RO+UV complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE `A' Section-XV (DG SET) (To be quoted by the tenderer)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel Engine driven Generating set along with acoustic enclosure duly approved by Nodal agency ARAI Pune or equivalent, fully wired 415 volts ± 5% AC 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz having capacity 200 KVA continuous rating, power factor 0.8 (lagging) and connections as per IE Rules, duly certified by agencies/labs designated latest technology as per CPCB -IV norms for noise and sound pollution level. DG Set mounted on common base plate with anti vibration pad mounting, etc. floor mounted including PCC foundation as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed consisting the following :- (a) Diesel Engine The engine shall be multi-cylinder four stroke, 1500 RPM, Radiator water/ coolant cooled turbo charged complete with instrument panel electronic governor, starting battery with lead, exhaust pipe and silencer pipe with suitable insulation by glass wool and aluminium cladding, safety devices and other standard fitting etc. complete as per IS-10001/1002 part -II 1980 and BHP suitable to the generator. (b) Fuel Tank The fuel tank shall be mild steel suitable to hold fuel for not less than 12 hour’s running capacity and shall be including fuel level indicator, fuel line from tank to the engine etc. complete all as specified. (c) Alternator The alternator should be designed for an output of 200 KVA continuous rating at 0.80 PF as per IS: 13364 RPM, 1500 including self existing and self regulating control panel with accessories, brushless design, electric supply terminal box with gland earth terminals etc. complete all as specified. (d) Mounting arrangement Engine and alternator shall be mounted on common MS fabricated frame with anti vibration mounting pads.
