Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibted) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering where ever required setting out true the required line, grades, width, cutting, side slops, trimming of bottoms and level's as shown in the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to site material for filling in embankments for leveling to the required grades and then disposing of all exavated materials in approved width dumping sites/sites through all modes of transportation in cluding head load animals loads or mechenical means along tools eqipments and safty measures and othe rincidentials neccessory to complete the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Recovery of stones to the tune of 20.00 cubic meter quantity at the rate of Rs. 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed Any loss to the public and private property during the course of exavation and transportation of usefull and un usefull meterialsw shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respect and in all cases.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiseling or wedging out rock where blasting is prohibited, or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during dewatering, removal of slush and stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation with in all leads, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) (forty millimeter nominal size) for plain/cement concrete in all heights/depths, in open foundation or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete in open foundation and the like etcetera complete, as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900, 200 and 1600 as per the satisfaction and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one cement : one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) mix designed so as to give a compressive strength corresponding to Grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) with minimum cement content of 400 Kg/cum (Four hundred kilograme per Cubic Meter) excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all depths/thickness and upto all floor level, complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, royality, octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.. (i) In foundation & plinth beam, columns, beams, griders, lintels and suspended floor roofs, landing at shelves, cantilever.

Providing Mild Steel / Tor Steel reinforcement of R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level of make Tata/ Sail as approved by engineer - in- charge. Make (TATA or SAIL)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15m thick welded with angle iron frame in 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering,shutting and propping etc. with wood battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in a flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landing and the like.Floor etc. up to 200mm in thickness (Vertical Surfaces) columns, beams, lintels as per direction of engineer - in- charge.

Steel work welded in built up section,trusses and framed work including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming cost of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angles, tees, flats with connecting or angles cleats as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like in railing and edging of steps etc as directed by engineer -in - charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 Sand) using 1st Class bricks.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture Nerolac suraksha plus/Apex exterors and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material as per the direction of engineer -n- charge.

P/L White glazed tiles 6mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement :3 Sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement tiles of approved brand and make , kazaria, Johnson, somany as approved by engineer in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surace after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings as approved by engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing double Charge vetrified tiles 600x600x10mm (Six hundred into six hundred into ten millimetre) thick impact resistant heavy duty vetrified tiles of Kajaria, Nitco, Orient/Bell/Rak/SIMPOLO of approved shade and colour in flooring, laid over 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required up to all floor levels, complete as per HPPWD specifications and approved drawings, design and as directed by the Engineer,-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying black granite stone in wash basin counter and partition for urinals including rounf moulding and cutting for counter wash basin 20mm (Twenty millimetre) thick laid on base of 20mm thickness of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto three sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including rubbing, nosing and polishing complete as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give and even shade includes cleaning the surfaces of all dirt ,dust and other foreign matter with enamel white paint of approved Brands : Neraolac and Asian as per direction of Engineer in Charge
