SCHEDULE A BOQ

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter exc 1.5 Sqm and n exc. 4 Sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame.

Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight Chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made 35 mm thick flush shutter solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panelson both side converedwith decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match.

Brass 4 liver mortice lock vertical type 100mm size including taken down existing one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer over new wooden surface of any description over 10 CM width or girth including preparation of new surfaces.

Note :- (a) All synthetic enamel paint, shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint, will be approved by the GE.

(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check if drying is satisfactory.

Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue anodized with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor 150mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engneer-in-Charge

Factory made 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); all as specified and directed.

Factory made UPVC casement door frame made of UPVC profile section of size 60mm x 58mm (wxh) having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/-0.2mm) and 3 box multi chamber construction.The shutter of outward openable door shall be made of size 78 x 60mm (shutter of inward openable door shall be made of size 71 x 60mm) having outer wall thickness of 2mm(+/-0.mm). Doors will have 6mm thick partical board . Wherever required/specified, system shall have the fix mullion of size 72mm x 60mm having outer wall thickness of 2.00mm(+/- 0.02mm) . All sections of the frame ,saash,transom , & mulion shll be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shpe galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. All the corners/mullion / transom joints of the frame & sash shall be mitred cut & fusion welded without any mechanical joining. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed and feature grooved/raised nib finish so as to make the finish product free from all sharp edges and burrs. System shall have adequate drainage mechanism to permit the escape of water from horizontal meber beneath each sealed unit.System shall be provided with the suitable UPVC beads for glazing of the system with specified/required single /IGU Glass, duly cut at correct degree & fitted with K & O type inner and outer EPDM weather seal gaskets . System is to be provided with proper operating and locking hardware mechanism as per system. Complete door shall be fixed in to the existing pre finished aperture, by drilling and fixing through the outer frame using high quality fastners & silicon glue is applied to fill up the crevice between wall and door frame for lek proof installation including taking existing one complete all as specified. Location- OMQ. Note : The contractor will have to submit 5 years warranty certificate for upvc profile and 1 year warranty certificate for hardwares.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of stone surface in cement mortar 1:6 and 5mm thick floating coat in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, including taking down existing plastering complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only water proofing compound measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plaster surfaces of walls and two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spotsand applying one coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of small trees not exc 30 cm including all tree roots/ stem from the roof /wall etc of the building and making good the disturb surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using(12.5 graded aggregate) including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction ) complete all as specified and as directed Note:-( a) Rate quoted shall deem to be including removal of grass if any on roof /wall (b)rate including cost of WPC.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment and expose of top surface of RCC slab of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with water and using wire brush including removing debris to out side the MoD land and providing following :-

(a) Dismantling existing cement concrete/roof tiles on roof including removing debris to out side MD land as directed.

(b) Bring upto the slope by providing filling of light weight materials sch as cinder, light weight concrete etc as required, and then providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of average thickness of 50mm.

(c) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement.

(d) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried.

(e) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface.

(f) Providing APP modified water proofing as approved by GE weighing not less than 4kg per sqm unrolled over the bituminous coated surgace with 100mm over laps, the overlap shall be sealed by flame as per manufacture instructions complete.

(g) Over the APP membrane, apply evenly a tack coat of hot air blown bitumen of grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm including cleaning of surface.

(h) Applying a coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 100 gm per sqm as per manufacture instruuction over bituminous layer complete all as directed.

Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

Disconnecting existing tank setting a side (or lowing if required) for leakage/ seepage treatment on roof and reconnecting or refixing in position exc Ltr and n.exc 250 Ltr capacity but not exc 1000 of any description

Removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on old steel surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Paint removing chemicals shall be used as per manufactures’ instructions. After use of chemicals containing strong alkalies, a weak acid such as diluted vinegar shall be used in washing down to neutralise the alkalies.

Applying reflective paint for Writing letters or figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) n. exc 30 CM high complete all as specified and as directed .

Applying reflective paint for Stop ,commas, short lines,dashes,hyphens,brackets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as distempering work, internal emulsion etc from internal surfaces of walls & ceiling with mechanical means/grinder , then Applying wall care putty on internal surfaces of walls/ceilings as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers (min 1.00 mm thick ) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving apply Two coats of plastic emulsion all specificed and as directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the Engineer-in-Charge .

Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm fixed including taken down existing one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Factory made UPVC three track sliding Window frame having 2 tracks for glass shutter and 1 track for mosquito sash made of upvc profile section of size 73mm x 42mm (wxh) having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/-0.2mm). Sliding glass shutter shall be made of UPVC section of size 55mm x 33mm and sliding wire mesh shutter shall be made of UPVC section of size 40mm x 22mm. All section of the frame, sash, transom & mullion, as applicable, shall be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. System shall be provided with the suitable upvc bead for glazing of the system & fitted with inner & outer EPDM seal gaskets. Clear Glass of Saint Gobain / Modiguard make with thickness of 4mm and stainless steel wire cloth of 0.19mm nominal dia. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feature grooved/raised nib finish so make the finished product free from all sharp edges & burrs. All the corner / mullion / transom joints of the frame and sash shall be mitered cut & fusion welded without any mechanical joining. System shall have adequate drainage mechanism to permit the escape of water from horizontal member beneath each sealed unit. Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as distempering work, internal oil emulsion etc from internal surfaces of walls & ceiling with mechanical means/grinder , then Applying wall applying one coat or more coat minimum 1 mm thick of Birla Putty on wall a on internal surfaces of walls/ceilings as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving surface finish all as directed

Note : (a) Vitrified tiles are classified under group B1a of the international Standard for ceramic tiles ISO: 13006. Tiles shall be hard, dense, impervious and frost resistant. Water absorption of tiles shall be less than 0.5% and flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) shall be more than 35 N/Sqmm. (b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Factory made Solid PVC Door Shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified.

All section of the frame,transom & mullion shall be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. Note :- The unit rate is deemed to be including taking down shutter and refixing after repair in the same location.

Cleaning the existing EPU floor surfaces free from dust, dirt, moisture, oil, grease and all foreign materials from the floor, grinding the floor and then yellow/ white marking to be done with aromaic PU coating (high glass, chemical resistant and light reflective), 500 micron, Fk 666 as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- CIPY/ SIKA/ BASF/ Thermax/ Choksey

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as distempering work, internal emulsion etc from internal surfaces of walls & ceiling and apply two coats ACRYLIC WASHABLE DISTEMPER over a coat of alkali resistant primer all specified and as directed. Note:- In case putty is required at site shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch A and the prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to leakage of galvalume sheet hangar roof by applying sealing compound around self tapping screws/holes all as directed including adjusting roof sheets etc

300mm mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern spring including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The unit rate is deemed to be including taking down shutter and refixing after repair in the same location.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of ceiling brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spotsand applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by using pressure washer, removal all dirt and dust and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Cost of scaffolding required deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Work will be carried out through authorised applicator/ agency of approved manufacturer by GE.

Grouting the joints of flooring/wall tiles having joints upto 5 mm width, and upto 10mm depth using white cement or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and finishing including all surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, wax, oil, laitance curing compounds and all other contaminates likely to prevent the adhesive bonding and after finishing of grouting then removing of excess grout from the joints, cleaning of tiles and joints surface with in 30 min using sponge-board dampened in clean water, finally, cleaning the entire surface using clean cloth, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Floor spring for aluminum/glass doors of required size including taking down the doors and refixing the same after replacing the floor spring and making good to the surface and removing the debris out side MD land including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate is deemed to be including taking down shutter and refixing after repair in the same location.

Removal of existing treatment, cleaning the existing surface with wire brush and by using pressure washer, removal all dirt and dust completely, including preparation and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Cost of scaffolding required deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Work will be carried out through authorised applicator/ agency of approved manufacturer by GE.

Preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint using mechanical means, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint using mechanical means over 10 cm width or girth ,not other wise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 99 & 100 :- (a) All synthetic enamel paint, shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint will be approved by the GE.

(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check if drying is satisfactory.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by using pressure washer, remove all dirt & dust ,applying one coat of wall care putty and then and applying two coats of premium oil bound distemper miniumum @0.75 kg/10 sq.mm per each coat or as per manufauture instruction of required shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:-(i) Cost of scaffolding required deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Work will be carried out through authorised applicator/ agency of approved manufacturer by GE.

150mm long aluminum anodized barrel tower bolt extruded section Including taken down existing one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

300mm mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern spring including roller and roller plate Including taken down existing one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old decorated existing external surfaces of walls and providing one coat of acrylic washable distemper complete all as specified.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spots and applying one coats of aluminium paint of old steel painted surface of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed .
