M&L repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @5 Kg/10Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well reamed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg/10Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes n exc 30mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces by air compressor to remove all loose dirt,preparing premix bituminous macadam surfaces etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg/10 sqm using paving bitumen VG- 10 (using mechanical sprayers only) and laying bituminous premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (Gde-II), 30 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content (bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The mix shall be mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver only. (ii) The mix shall be prepared by designing through job mix formula all as specified from Govt. engg college / Govt approved lab. (iii) No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete will be comprising of 2% filler material (OPC 43 grade cement). (v) Cost of testing charges, material & transportation for job mix formula shall be deemed included in the rate quoted.

M&L premix bituminous macadam ("Grade II" as specified in MORTH specification Para 504), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50-75mm) using paving bitumen VG-30 grade as binder minimum 4.0% by weight to total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse agg grading -II (40 mm to 63 mm size) or grading -III (20mm to 50mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 ton power roller to agrdient and camber reqd with gravels, trap or basalt stome complete all as specified all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new prepared WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces by air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen VG-10 grade in semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by weight of total mix in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. M & L cleaning bituminous/concrete road surface free from all dirt, dust and other foreign material etc. and applying 2.0mm thick hot applied thermoplastic retro reflective road marking paint of white/yellow colour as in strips/lines on road surfaces upto 150 mm width and including glass beads @ 0.45 kg/sqm. The hot application shall be carried out mechanically and the finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from staks and holes complete all as specified in MORTH clause 803.4 and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and not exceeding 150 mm deep and removing extracted material to out side of MOD land complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 200mm x 6to7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cement concrete tiles/designer tiles of any desciption and any thickness in floors, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L providing chequered cement concrete coloured tiles glossy finish 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L exterior grade heavy duty full body outer designer parking tiles 400x400x10mm, in floors etc. of colour and design as approved by Engr-in-Charge, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with existing one including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified . Make: Kajaria/Orient bell/H&R, Johnson or equivalent.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6 ) using 40 mm grade graded coarse agg. in floor,foundations, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over 50mm thick sand cusioning complete all as specified.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
