SPECIAL REPAIR OF ROAD IN FRONT OF 17 CZW TOWER AND ITS CONNECTED ROAD UNDER GE NARANGI

Material and labour for repair to potholes, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by filling in screened & graded road metals, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metals) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Scariying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep in area exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate with lime stones, sand stones, flint or quartize of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 3.00 here-in-before but except materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing of un-surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and cleaning and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc. on unsurfaced water bound macadam complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm with using paving bitumen (VG-10 Grade) complete on prepared un-surfaced WBM under BOQ item No 5.00 above complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, grass roots etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm with using paving bitumen (VG-10 Grade) complete on prepared black top surfaces under BOQ item No 7 above complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) binder content any penetration by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerized hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as per design mix. Contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen contents as 5.5 %. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of ₹67.00 per KG of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side.

Material and labour for for preparation of bituminus surfaces of road and Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with glass grit @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces while the painting surfaces are hot with special application machine complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of bituminus surfaces of road and Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow, with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with glass grit @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces while the painting surfaces are hot with special application machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix IN REPAIRS (CAT EYE) pavement marker of COLOUR WHITE / RED / YELLOW with Micro prismatic lens in both directions having thermoplatic body with flex resistent base & abrasion resistent Creamery coating, fixing on road surface with special adhesive and suitable revet head nails complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE : 3M/AVERY DENNISON/VARGO/DARK EYE. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix IN REPAIRS sparkels road studs of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm high with detachable battery, 6 LEDS, 3 on each side, ultra brite led in red colour, water resistant and weather proof using adhesive fixing procedure all as per manufacturer's directions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fix IN REPAIRS Metal rectangular shape Delineator of size 100mm x 1100mm x 20 mm with high intensity Grade Reflective sheeting Bands in white colour duly powder coated including providing post holes of appropriate size and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE : 3M / AVERY DENNISON / VARGO / DARK EYE.

Supply and fixing Road safety convex mirror of 80 cm dia with MS pole of 50 mm dia medium grade of length 2.00 mtr fixed with cleats and hooks including necessary nuts, bolts and washers, pole embedded in post holes including providing post holes of size 300mm x 300mm x 60 mm and embedding poles in post holes with and including PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates including necessary excavation and earthwork and removal of surplus soil to distance n.exc 50 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil for cleaning of road side berms complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for Forming embankments / earth filling for road side berms / shoulders, including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming / rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
