Removing Top Cover Plate by opening Bolt and nuts and other Internal connection of T/F required for repairing safely and reconnect it after appropariately after Minor repairing work of Medium Power Distribution Transformer (II/0.4 KV) installed at various site for Stopping Oil Leakage from T/F other work as per site requirement & site conditions. Firm has to make arrangement for draining and refilling of T/F Oil upto 2/3rd Level of Conservator Tank if required for carrying out the work. (Distance of 35 Km. from concerned store)

Supply and 4 Toping Up/ Filling of Reclaimed T/F Oil in T/F’s

(a) Safe Carriage of Reclaimed/Fresh Oil, T/F Drums From Concern Store to site Including safe Loading unload Carriage and Cartage and Topping up different T/F Oil in Following Capacity of T/F upto 2/3rd Level of Conservator Tank of Distribution T/F having less Oil as per equirement Placed by concerned JE and SDO upto required level .(Required vehicle will be provided by contractor at his own cost & only Reclaimed T/F Oil will be Provided by MVVNL from Store/ Workshop.

(b) Supply and filling of Fresh T/F Oil on 70 BDV in different Medium power capacity of DT Through Conservator Up (Fress T/F Oil and will be Provided by contractor at his own cost) other Related work.

Replacement of Old and Damaged H.T Busing Rod including Oil Seal/Gaskits etc. (250,400,630 and 1000 KVA T/F

(a) Removal of Old and Damaged H.T Busing Rod from T/F and fixing of suitable size new H.T Busing rod made of Brass with all nuts and bolts etc. including replacement of all old/damaged Neoprene Oil seal/Gasket set by fixing suitable size new Neoprene Oil Seal/Gasket Set & as per site requirement, Complete Job in ass respect. (All Material will be provided by the Contractor)

Replacement of Old and Damaged L.T Busing Rod including Oil Seal/Gaskits etc. Removal of Old and damaged L.T Busing Rod from T/F and Fixing of Suitable size at new L.T

(a) LT Busing rod made of Brass with all nuts and bolts etc. including replacement of all old/ damaged Neoprene Oil seal/Gasket set by fixing suitable size New Neoprene Oil Seal/Gasket set & as per site requirement, Complate Job in all respect. (All Material will be provided by the contractor)

Replacement of Old and Damaged LT PVC Cable (All Material will be provided by Contractor)

(a) Replace LT Aluminum unarmored XPLE/PVC Cable 3.5x400 sq.mm

(b) Replace LT Aluminum unarmored XPLE/PVC Cable 1x400 sq.mm

(c) Replace LT Aluminum unarmored XPLE/PVC Cable 1x240 sq.mm

Replacement of Old and Damaged Suitable Capacity of Aluminum Lugs for 63, 100,250,400,630 & 100 KVA T/Fs (All Material will be Provided by Contractor).

(a) Supply & fixing of suitable capacity of lugs after removing old and damated lugs from various capacity of PVC cable with using crimping tools.

Repairing of Old and Damaged Distribution Box. (All Material will be provided by contractor)

(a) SMC L.T Distribution Piller Box with one incomer and 3 sets of 300 Amps Kit Kat rewritable type fuse unit for outgoing circuits complete, connected on 800A Copper Busbar.

Provision of fuse unit at Lt Side

(a) 160, 250 KVA T/F

(b) 400, 630 KVA and 1000 KVA T/F

Provision of fuse unit at HT Side

Repair and Maintenance of Old and Damaged Transformer Earthing

(a) Reparing of T/F earthing strip if found rusted/damage will be replace by new 50x6 mm GI Strip & duly welded to existing earthing rod/pipe (All Material will be provided by Contactor).

Maintenance Repairing of Damage T/F Plinth

(a) Repairing of Maintenance of T/F Plinth and also Increasing of hight of Plinth (if Required) by using Bricks Ballast Sand Cement Iron rod (All Material will be Provided by Contactor)
