Dismantling the the existing Plain Cement Concrete in the existing bridge and clearing away from the work site and carefully stacking the usefull materials for reuse on the road side as directed by the departmental officers including all labour and incidental charges etc., complete.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank as per SS20B with all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges such as bailing out water shoring strutting, walling and forming protective bunds whereever necessary etc., complete as per relevent standard specification for DRESSING THE BED UPTO SILL LEVEL.

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except hardrock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidential charges such as baling our water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for FOUNDATION UNDER ABUTMENTS AND PIERS FOR FOUNDATION.

Providing and fixing Fe-500D Dowel Bars with 32mm steel rods of 1.5m length embedded into the rock to a depth of 0.9m by providing required depth of holes by drilling the rock in 50mm dia wherever necessary including fixing in position by grouting the embedded portion with CM 1:2 after placing the bars etc., complete in the FOUNDATION OF ABUTMENTS AND WING WALLS.

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5
