Dismantling of pre-cast PCC block walling / brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L for block masonry with solid pre-cast cement concrete blocks made out of cement concrete 1: 3: 6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted,built in cement mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping or similar work etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/PCC block or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of stone surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. fair and even complete.

Racking out old cement plaster joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble or brought up to course, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing with using cement mortar 1:3 to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of new surfaces complete.

Dismantling fencing posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) any section , including taking out embedded portion as in concrete and making good distrubed ground and removal away complete all as directed

Dismantling barbed wire fencing of any description complete all as directed

M&L for restraining, resecuring of old galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire including making good staples and tightening etc complete all as directed ( each line wire to be measured)

Refixing old MS steel fencing post or struts in any section or size complete all as directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers not excecding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surfaces in hard/dense soil

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concerete complete all as specified

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing chain link fencing) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type of best quaility conforming to IS all as specified.

S & F 10 mm dia & over mild steel round or square bars fixed behind fencing as guard bars etc and similar articles confirming IS -432 (Part-I) Grade I complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel screw bolt (machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screw and to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut length of but exc 5cm not exc 10cm and dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete

S & F galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. ( each line wire to be measured)

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description,over10cm width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for restraining resecuring including making good existing 3 to 4 mm dia plain wire fixed to gable end of blast pen of above 6 mtr height including tying at crossings with mils steel wire staples or pins, PVC staples etc complete all as directed (each line of wire to be measured)

S&F in repairs 4mm dia of wire Plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in any postion including straining and fixing to steel post and / or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured)

Supply and stacking of approved soil/ earth out site defence land and deposited at blast pen or any other places in tech area ( The soil shall be used for filling against item Ser No 30), complete all as directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil on top surface of filled up each of traverse of blast bens complete all as directed.

Levelling of top surface of blast pens /traverse wall by using approved soil in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming and finishing to required size, shape, etc., The levelling work shall be carried out from base of the blast pen up to top height varying from 0.00 mtr to 10.00 mtr.

Rough excavation and staking the soil the base of the same blast pens/traverse wall not exceeding 1.5 m deep complete all as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws all as specified.

Fixing only old 50 mm thick 2nd class hardwood boarding fixed with nails in any situation ( except flooring and skirting) planed one side and edges tongued and grooved or rebated, wrought one or both side complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete/sub base, and incl use of waste of form work and finishing the surface rough and even , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone stabs, tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick, M-35 Machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 fixed with grey cement and pigment glossy finish coloured as approved by GE fixed on sand cushion 40 mm thick & ends to be closed with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as site reqd to filing the gaps between tiles and road edgs complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old interlocking tiles obtained dismantling all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal from site exc. 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains , complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto as item ser NO 43

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. M&L for RCC1:1.5:3 (Nominal mix) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS,TMT bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500-S or Fe-550 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for MS,TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500-S or Fe-550 , complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F in repairs Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specifed and directed
