AMC of addressable fire detection and alarm system, comprising of addressable control panel, loop driver card, addressable optical smoke detector & other types, hooter, addressable manual call point, output control module, fault isolator, circuit wiring for sensor etc, involving repair, maintenance, attending to complaints/faults/breakdowns, ensuring serviciablity and satisfactory working condition of all fire alarm systems as per annexure A attached (total no. of panels and detectors), maintaining all records of repair, fire drill etc, system makes Agni/Edward/Siemens/Honeywell etc, Type : Fire detector /Fire alarm/Manual call button type.

AMC of fire fighting hydrant system located inside buildings and in 125 acre institutional campus open area comprising of fire pump sets, valves , fire brigade inlets, sprinkler, hose pipes, fog nozzles, air vessels, landing valves,all fire hydrant lines of sizes 150mm,100mm,80mm ,etc. involving repair, maintenance, attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns, ensuring serviceability, satisfactory working condition of the systems,fixing only of spare parts such as valves,guages, etc (as indicated in the list of consumables) maintaining all repair/ training records, conducting fire drill from time to time ,(Details of buildings having no. of fire hydrants and external hydrants enclosed as annexure B, indicating total indoor/outdoor hydrants as ).
