Taking down old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) including old unserviceable fixture and fittings complete etc removing the materials for taking credit and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of 20 mm dia/ PVC Casing capping along with 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed to wall/ ceiling roof with and including 2 mm thick MS sheet fabricated terminal boxes flush mounted for mounting the switches, sockets, fan regulator etc as required with 3mm thick laminated hylum sheet top cover all as specified and directed for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps socket on independent board

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but with 2.5 sqmm cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 2.5 sqmm cable as earthing conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring/ with four runs single core 16 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 16 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 40 mm dia/PVC casing capping 32 mm including conduit accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Five runs of 16 Sqmm cable and one run of 40 mm conduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

M&L for wiring for circuit of size 2 x 4.0 sq.mm along with earth wire of size 1 x 4 sq.mm, Single Core, PVC insulated copper coductor (FRLS) Cable in surface / recessed PVC Conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F sheet metal enclosure powder coated double door for distribution board, VTPN 4 way DB including, disconnecting electric connections, dismantling from position unserviceable DBs for taking into credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
